Playing dumb is your only chance for cure. Playing dumb can take many different forms. For instance -- Hiding behind and burying one's free time in TV and sports "addictions" or refusing to speak at all with anyone, including one's spouse, about 9-11 or any other event vector.
Followers of Jesus cannot cling to that "cure" because we are commanded to love and seek the Truth. Jesus told us who the enemy is and what we are up against. He also provided help for us in living our lives so as to die having obtained the real and only Cure. Don't leave this world without the Cure.
