What a trip........I always go to town in the middle of the week because there is supposed to be less people, not yesterday.....I don't know why there were so many cars on the road. $ store? it took me 10 minutes to get a parking space and inside it was wall to wall people with every isle blocked by employees filling up the bins once again.......freezers almost empty. All cashiers open and full.

Wally's? same thing, usually there are no kids in the middle of the week but yesterday it was a mad house.......prices up but for those items that Wally's is trying to compete against the $ store.....produce department 40% empty and with many empty spaces in the store...all that I could see was junk, junk, junk...........spend only $65.00 on food because there was nothing.

EBT cards fill up at the start of the month so all the government dependent people do their shopping during the early parts of the month. Walmart usually is empty near the end of the month since the government dependent people have spent all their EBT cards up by then.

I always avoid Walmart during the first week of any given month.

Actually food cards are filled at time related to their SS# and they range from the 1st to the 27th of the month. If they were all done on the first it would be total mayhem.

I heard that online somewhere but forgot where. I have still noticed more people in the start of the month than later.

Also I find its good to shop early morning since fewer people are shopping, and most are working, going to school, or sleeping in.

Paydays, lot's of places pay every 2 weeks or near the first of the month and near mid month! Some only pay once a month for salary types or gov workers!

Something that I forgot to mention, without even looking......how many places have closed down........two more tire stores and another Napa, big restaurant here in town, two owners in one year, will now be the only drug store here in town.....a Mexican restaurant, quick eat,..........and another place that I don't know what it was.

Not too important but I would like to mention.......I am now in a very poor health (pooooooorrrrrrrrrr babyyyyyyy) all the time I feel like if I am on a big ship in the high seas and when I work for more than five minutes I feel like if all my energy has been taken out of me.......besides the pain on both arms and right knee, oh well.

Hang tough!

Understand completely how you feel, take things one step and bite at a time!

Hope things improve for you.

sorry to hear you are not feeling the best Ponce. Take care. It sounds like some kind of fatigue syndrome. Do they know what is it?

Ponce, are you eating right? Make sure you get some good fat, like high quality butter, or animal fats, with each meal - it can help with absorption of nutrients. You might want to look into dessicated beef liver pills or something else, as a way to boost you and help you get your energy back.

Better take good care of yourself...you still have 40/50 years to live.
Too bad you don't believe in God, you wouldn't be so afraid of dying.

Keep healthy, Ponce! And yes, take ShortJohnSilver's advice and eat some quality fats with your meals. Coconut oil is also good for you.

EE?, you DON'T need a church or men to believe, or talk, for whom you call GOD..........God is everything and everywhere, I call it "The Force".

Thanks guys, hope that you can put up with me for a very longggggggggggggggggggggggggggg time haaahahahah.

You are correct about church, especially Christian/Catholic churches...that's where phony Christians go to worship Jews.

You are correct about Men...men cannot be trusted to do right

Wrong about "The Force". God is the Creator. Everything was created from something. God is eternal in an infinite universe. Much more then just a force.

Even if you live to be 135, it will amount to nothing compared to eternity!

My mind is to tiny to even think in what you call God......."eternity" not worth my time to even talk about it....it is what you believe in.....I have been death three time and saw no light, tunnel or angels.......I went to sleep, woke up........and that was it.

Maybe because you don't see light and angels where you're going?

Might be that your particular physical body requires a higher BP than average. A few years back a Doc I saw was concerned about my BP and wanted a follow up in a couple weeks. I took some herbs that got my BP to "normal" levels, I was dizzy and felt like I was going to pass out. Forget normal for me, stopped trying to lower it and I was fine again.
