Supposedly this homeless guy was confronted by police after there was a call he was getting uppity with a bouncer. The police asked for his ID. He reached into his pocket and the police shot him since he reached into his pocket, and the bullet rikocheted back and hit the cop so the cop shot again.
The homeless man is 29-year-old Brendon Glenn AKA "Drizzle".
