Rev. Jesse Jackson Partners with Intel on $300 Million Diversity Initiative, Honors the 40 Best Companies for Diversity & Talks Access to Capital During the 18th Annual Rainbow PUSH Wall Street (http://stylemagazine.com/news/2015/jan/14/rev-jesse-jackson-partners-intel-300-million-diver/)

"So far this year, Krzanich said, 41% of new hires were women and minorities, up from 32% last year. Intel has made a radical change in the way it recruits, for example, by attending events sponsored by the National Society of Black Engineers and having diversity among employees who recruit at conferences and colleges."

We believe that creating a fully diverse and inclusive workplace is fundamental to how we deliver business results. As technology and markets continue to evolve, building and growing a workforce that is fully representative of the customers we serve and communities in which we operate is paramount to our success.

While we have made progress on our goals over time, we are not content and will continue to take bold actions to grow and develop our diverse talent. That is why I am proud to personally champion this effort, along with the Office of Global Diversity and Inclusion, Intel President Renée James and the entire executive team.

In the end, we know this is how we will strengthen our legacy of delivering the most innovative and powerful technology in the world.

Maybe they'll finally figure out how to make computers less racist. I'm thinking they'll use those image buttons like on idiocracy. You can have a dollar sign that connects to the welfare website, a cellphone and gun image to connect to twitter, and a porn icon. Oh, and a mean face to report microaggressions.

Breaking news !

Intel released its first microprocessor created by its new diverse multiracial staff. The Intel Cheserve will be a revolutionary new processor in a class of its own. Unlike a standard multicore processor which splits the work load among each core the Cheserve has 18 cores 17 of which their only function is too delegate their work to 1 core. This one super core will support the 17 other cores.

When asked how they came up with the name for the new processor one staff member of intel replied " I dun know. I was just eating some KFC and drinking muh steel reserve when suddenly I be like chicken plus steel reserve ? Oh man Cheserve. I be brain storming like dat sh*t all the time dawg."

How does the partnership work? What role does JJ play in the hires Intel is making? It doesn't really say.

I'm guessing he contributes by:
a) shaking hands
or
b) keeps new hires all in the family.... or maybe not

of course I don't think they get it.

but maybe they do. Being one up is better than being down. Even if it means you get done over as well... in the end.

My view: "Pay us money so we don't complain. In the meantime, keep on hiring Indians."

Diversity is one of the core business principles. Without it, no business can be successful. If you want to start your business alone, it won't be successful unless you take on some nigger partners.

Better check with Mc Donalds to see how that diversity campaign works out over the long term
