Look here guys, I have already sent plenty of info to many here so that you can get a Land Patent...... You can still be making monthly payment for the house and that would not interfere with you getting it......the land has nothing to do with the house, it is a different book.

I would suggest that you get it as soon as you can, I don't know how it will affect your future but it will......better be ready than sorry.

You could fall behind on your house payment but if you have the Land Patent then the bank would have to deal with you on the payments............they cannot walk on your Private Property and carry the house away....GET IT NOW.

The land patent is already there, all that you have to do is to bring it up to date.....it took me about 75 days and about $350.00 bills........I already sent the format to many here and other places.....here about 19 of them at no charge.

Land Patent is a blanket of protection that NO ONE can take away from you, the Supreme Court has NEVER ruled against a land patent......no one has ever loose it unless the themselves give it up.

I uploaded to drop box a zip file containing 3 documents which outline the process. I am pretty sure this is the one Ponce made available to us.

I think someone should check it and make sure it's the right one before I post the link. Just so I don't send people on a goose chase. Can someone who got the package last time PM me for the link so we can confirm.

I do pay a mortgage so I thought I was ineligible for a land patent, but now I will for sure look into it in greater detail. Thanks Ponce.

That was my understanding too. Also, is there a problem with states east of the Mississippi?

While it all sounds good, it may not last. We are living in a lawless government system so they don't even follow the laws they inflict on the little people. There may be battles... but I like the spirit of it.
