If Calif. is having a big drought ... and the water they want to de-salinate is taken from the irradiated Pacific ... hmmm ... well, that does seem like it could be a problem.

Here's another BS alarmist article on zerohedge...
West Coast of North America to be Slammed by 2016 with 80% As Much Fukushima Radiation As Japan
Posted on June 10, 2015 by WashingtonsBlog
A professor from Japan’s Fukushima University Institute of Environmental Radioactivity (Michio Aoyama) told Kyodo in April that the West Coast of North America will be hit with around 800 terabecquerels of Cesium- 137 by 2016.
EneNews notes that this is 80% of the cesium-137 deposited in Japan by Fukushima, according to the company which runs Fukushima, Tepco:
Radiationjpg_Page1(a petabequeral or “PBq” equals 1,000 terabecquerels.)
This is not news for those who have been paying attention. For example, we noted 2 days after the 2011 Japanese earthquake and tsunami that the West Coast of North America could be slammed with radiation from Fukushima.
We pointed out the next year that a previously-secret 1955 U.S. government report concluded that the ocean may not adequately dilute radiation from nuclear accidents, and there could be “pockets” and “streams” of highly-concentrated radiation.
The same year, we noted that 15 out of 15 bluefin tuna tested in California waters were contaminated with Fukushima radiation.
In 2013, we warned that the West Coast of North America would be hit hard by Fukushima radiation.
And we’ve noted for years that there is no real testing of Fukushima radiation by any government agency.
Indeed, scientists say that the amount of the West Coast of North America could end up exceeding that off the Japanese coast.
What’s the worst case scenario? That the mass die-off of sealife off the West Coast of North America – which may have started only a couple of months after the Fukushima melt-down – is being caused by radiation from Fukushima.

yes, ZH does have a lot of alarmist articles. reminds me of InfoWars sometimes.
Alex Jones has an obvious 'deflect attention away from the Jews & Israel' agenda.
with ZH i'm not sure.
obviously if one is going to worry, the important thing is to worry accurately - and about things that affect you - and to let the worry become action ... and to not worry ... because you prepared for the earthquake, for example.
Ruppert used to characterize LA as 12 million people in the middle of the desert with a 3 day supply of food and water.
i think he's not too far off.
since these things tend to be most un-avoid-able when they become a Cluster-Fuck ... followed by a US gov circle-jerk ... heck who knows.

I researched this before.
Desalinization will filter out radioactive particles. There's nothing to worry about.
Just doing common reverse osmosis you can setup in your home will do this too.
There's virtually nothing bad about desalinization except it uses a lot of electricity. No good solution there since it's California.
The best solution is to tell farmers to fuck off. We'd welcome them here in Idaho and other states that aren't run by retards. The California government should have never allowed so many farmers to operate in a desert state like that. It's really not the fault of the large population, other than that they keep electing idiots.

The japanese have millions of gallons of water already collected up. All they need to do is bottle it. Already with extra ions, isotopes and essential minerals.
Fukion Water. Fresh from the hot springs of Fukishima. It's got Isotopes!
