View Full Version : Silver down.......a cent at a time......not being controlled?.......... V

Every day is going down five or six cent at a time......even when India, and even our own government, are now buying like crazy.........how the hell can someone control the price under this condition?.....they must be awfully powerful to be able to do this right un our own noses.....who are they, really.....they should know that they cannot keep this game going for much longer......

On the 13 I will come before the City Council and hope to be able to make them do something in preparing for the incoming disaster, they all are ready with food, water and bullets........but.....as long as the WHOLE town is not ready then the few of us who are ready will not be safe......I live six miles from town and I am pretty will insulated, with extra protection, but I keep thinking of others and not only myself.

With all the fiat monetary problems in the world, naturally gold and silver should be soaring. To see these prices and small drops every day just confirms to me that metals are suppressed. We know the mechanisms they use to do this; so there are two options. One, forget metals as an investment or a safeguard and look for other ways to preserve your wealth. Or two, wait for the inevitable collapse of the system used to suppress the metals, and then watch them go crazy high. Option two could take years, decades, or longer.

Its all about sustainability today, sustainability of central banks that can fit infinite amounts of electronic digits in their vaults.

Governments themselves and the world itself don't have a choice in the matter, and only apparent host victims.

many businesses have adapted by going to a hyper-aggressive predatory business model.

for example, one of the guys at the Y told me about his daughter's experience with Club Northwest, a 'health club.'

through job loss, she fell behind on her payments.

they used contract something to get in line before her car and mortgage payment - causing her to lose her car and her house.

the general business model is, steal from the poorer people.

that is their plan to 'survive'.

Yes. Since Lehman, it became obvious that business was in charge, and the poor / working classes had no protection, and the ruthlessness of business practices, especially by big businesses, has come all the way out of the closet.

Every Asset in a Bubble, Except Gold and Silver

Money manager Michael Pento thinks the Greek debt crisis is small when you consider the enormously leveraged global economy. Pento contends, “That’s why I consider Greece as more of a distraction. It’s a small piece to the puzzle. You look at debt that extends all across the planet, every asset on the planet is in a bubble. China is in a bubble. Japan is in a bubble. Europe is in a bubble. The United States is in bubble. That’s not just stocks. It’s bonds. It’s real estate. It’s diamonds. It’s art. Look, China fell 7 ½ % overnight because every housewife and widow in China opened up a margin account, and now, they are wiped out. The market in China is down 18% in the last week alone, and it’s got a lot more to fall. Who is there to support that? This is where the rubber meets the road. Don’t worry because central banks have our backs. When has that been the case? A central bank can monetize unlimited amounts of debt and destroy the currency. It creates money out of thin air at infinitum without any consequences. When has that ever been the case? I am telling you right now, if the Federal Reserve doesn’t get off its ass and start raising interest rates, the free market is going to do it for them. That’s what is happening today. You see the 10-year Treasury is at 2.47% and rising. . . . You cannot continue to print unlimited amounts of money and have everything be quiescent. It is going to come back and bite investors in the butt shortly.”

Silver is such a small market it is easy to control. It takes very little paper to do it too. Annual sivler production is only about a billion OZ's. At todays price that is 16 billion roughly. With commodities contracts they can control 5000 oz at a time for next to nothing. Makes it very easy to manipulate. I just wish they would take it down to like 5 or even face value :). I would love to pick up monster boxes for 500 :)

The Britanias are nice coins. Thats a very good price for them too. Normally I see them much higher than spot on a per coin basis anyway.
Last year when I was in Mexico it was also nice to walk into a bank and buy libertads.

My info was that silver would go down to 15.50 but no lower for one last clean out , believe it or not, this message will self destruct in 10 sec

Quote of the day
"There is NO market anywhere on the planet where the amounts of futures dwarf the physical product so overwhelmingly than in silver. Why is silver so important? Why has it been bludgeoned so badly and even priced below the cost of production? You must understand how small the silver market is. Total global production is less than $15 billion per year …"but", silver cannot be left alone because high silver prices do not jibe with low gold prices. …And gold MUST be kept down and out of the limelight because high gold prices do not fit with low interest rates …which are an absolute must in an effort of reflation. You see, in no way can interest rates be allowed to rise with the amount of global debt outstanding. Higher interest rates will crush the debt outstanding, the silver market is at the VERY BEGINNING of the "food chain" that keeps the lid on interest rates. I believe the Chinese hold this market in their back pocket paid for with "pocket change", they will use it at their own discretion!" - Bill Holter

Probably some truth in that !

Raised nailheads do tend to get pounded back down or pulled !

Town leaders are mostly political, and mostly only look as far as the end of their noses, or what will fill their pockets.

Nice trying but I suspect a wasted effort, except to attract attention to yourself my friend !
