ZIONSVILLE — Subway pitchman Jared Fogle was driven away from his Zionsville home by an attorney in a black Lexus Tuesday afternoon in the midst of an hours-long police investigation conducted by federal and state officials.

The Subway chain said it believes the investigation is related to the prior arrest of a former Jared Foundation executive.

Investigators from the FBI, Indiana State Police and Postal Service arrived at Fogle's large, brick home in 4500 block of Woods Edge Drive early Tuesday and parked an evidence truck in the driveway.

In the early hours of the probe, Fogle was seen leaving the truck, and investigators carried electronics and other items out of Fogle's home.

It could not be immediately confirmed why police were at the residence, but the raid comes just two months after 43-year-old Russell Taylor, the executive director of The Jared Foundation, was arrested in Indianapolis on federal child pornography charges.

A detective's affidavit filed in May to obtain search warrants for Taylor's residence details allegation against the former head of Fogle's foundation, including claims he produced and possessed child pornography involving children — both boys and girls — as young as 9 years old.

It's true. My ex-girlfriend would hang out with her cousin quite a bit during the holidays and he and I would chat. He was in the same dorm as Jared and always resented the guy. The FBI has subpoenaed an affidavit containing alleged texts between former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle and a former female Subway franchisee in which Fogle says he paid for sex with a 16-year-old girl, according to the former franchisee’s attorney…


According to the affidavit obtained by Business Insider, Fogle asked the former Subway franchisee in May 2008 to set up a meeting for him with her cousin. The cousin was underage at the time, according to the woman’s lawyer.
“When can we find a time for me to talk to your cousin?” Fogle asks in a message dated May 1, 2008.
“Any more news with your cousin?” he asks the following day. “Tell me what u think about when u think of the three of us all together???”
Earlier, in April, according to the affidavit, Fogle asked the woman, “How young would you like?… Would you want to have an adventure like that?”
On June 19, the lawyer says that Fogle again asked the woman to advertise herself on Craigslist. She responds: “Is this the same website you found that 16 year old girl you that you f*****? …I still can’t believe you only paid $100 for her.”
Fogle responds: “It was amazing!!!!”
She asks: “What part of her ad made you think she was selling sex?”
He says: “U will have to read them to see.”
The age of consent in Indiana, where Fogle resides, is 16 years old.

I just looked at the plea, he faces a maximum of 30 years, while the prosecution will not seek more than 12 1/2 and the defense will not ask for less than 5 years. We should have a pool going on how much he'll actually get. You say 30 days, I say 8-10 years.

Former Subway scumbucket Jared Fogle just found a way to be even more disgusting, a feat most people had no idea was even possible at this point.

While serving 15 years and eight months in prison for having sex with children and child pornography, Jared Fogle decided to put down the honey buns he’s been binge eating behind bars to file a lawsuit against the parents of one of his female victims for what he says are her “destructive behaviors,” AP is reporting.

The girl’s parents had previously filed a civil suit against Fogle for $300,000 in damages for the girl’s injuries and what has been described as “significant emotional trauma” she suffered during her contact with Fogle.

However it is the parents, Fogle claims, who are the ones that should be responsible for what Fogle did to the girl… not Fogle.

“See how that works?” said Fogle’s lawyer and no one else ever.

Amazingly, Fogle is trying to blame the parents, claiming they abused alcohol and fought in front of the girl and that they got divorced, and so its the parents that caused the girl distress… not Fogle secretly videotaping and using her to create child pornography without her knowledge.
