Litecoin digital payment units keep flowing into bitcoin.

Question: how quickly can you get cash out (time frame), and where do you get it from?

I bought some bitcoin, exchanged it for litecoin when the price of litecoin was 1.89. I used the litecoin to buy silver from Provident metals. The transaction took a few seconds. The silver cost me 6.25 per ounce.

So you have to buy something like silver, then turn around and sell it to get cash?

That must have been a long time ago to get silver for $6.25.

The investment in bitcoin was 750.00. I exchanged the litecoin for 120 ounces of silver rounds. I bought the bitcoin Jan. 29. I bought the silver a few days ago when litecoin was 5.32. In the world I grew up in silver was cash.

We're talking semantics here. Either way, you did good taking profits from one investment to buy silver for $18, another investment.

True. I could have just as easily exchanged the litecoin for frn's and had it deposited into my bank account.

I received $2046 worth of silver rounds @ 17.08 each, and had 6.5 litecoins left.

Wow it dropped by 50%. That's wild. Wish I sold but I probably wont sell my current lot unless it hits $50.

I'm honestly ignorant on the Litecoin market at this point, but I sort of had an idea.

The Chinese markets have been shit recently and right on cue with the Litecoin markets going up. The Chinese have had a love for Litecoin. Could there be a connection? Maybe watching Chinese markets could give us an indicator on the direction of Litecoin?

I bought from $5.00 up to $12.00 sold for $23.00, bought 750 ounces in the $16.70 to $17.10 range. I never dreamed I would pay more than $12.00 when the price started going up. I don't know what my average cost is.

When I bought litecoins I only bought what I felt l could feel comfortable losing.

Looks like both Litecoin and Bitcoin are up strong this morning. Possibly because of the Greece crisis currently going on. Just a WAG on my part.
