Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman escapes again!

I'm a bit surprised this hasn't made it up here yet, but yes he's conveniently out there again. I first read about this around 11:30pm last night, but the actual time he escaped is unknown, some officials last saw him around 8:56pm Mexico city time.
