Horrible, horrible style of introduction, but gets going once it really starts. Far better than any trash on the Talmudvision. Be patient for a few minutes...and give it a chance.

I'm still watching it in the background (basically, listening, with some "dead air" because of PowerPoint slides). I know most of it, but for those who don't, it's valuable. You are probably like me.

anyone have a good YT downloader program?

i've been using video downloadhelper but the current version won't download good quality without paying for converters and such.

A good option is to convert videos into MP3s. It's also a good way to find and get your own MP3s for free.


Converts shorter videos to MP3, Recommended because it works faster without spam.

I'm using v5.3.1 and it seems to work ok for free. I only download 720p .MP4 files. I admit the recent versions suck.
