This was just brought to my attention 20 minutes ago, I'm still researching it.
Basically, Ted Visner - a 6 year navy vet - bought a house land contract from an employee of his local sheriff's department. The employee didn't actually pay the underlying mortgage and allowed the house to go into foreclosure. When Ted and his family went away for the weekend, the "property owner" went into his house and removed all of the family's possessions and placed a sign in the yard stating something to the effect of "free for the taking". The family lost everything.
Ted attempted to sue all involved but a judge dismissed his case... no way are they going to prosecute themselves.
I'm not sure what is going on at this exact moment, but it appears Ted has a new piece of property and these same officials are once again trying to evict him from his own land/sieze his property. As I said I'm still researching the specifics that led up to this.
Militia groups have been contacted and are in route to assist Ted. The video posted is Ted stating he will use "all appropriate force" to defend his property.
If anyone else is knowledgeable about this situation feel free to add what you know.
