They come from a planet called parasite. They were chased away from parasite planet and crashed landed here on Terra. They feeling superior amongst the Arabs and Africans proclaimed themselves gods chosen people. Later on Caucasians migrated out of the caucus mountains. They sold them on Christianity which some fell for, some didn't.

Centuries later a known con man wrote the Evangelic bible proclaiming that jews and Israel can do no wrong and they should be supported at all cost financial, moral and otherwise. Jewish publishers funded this garbage and are reaping the rewards today.

Take someone from Venus to Neptune? Well logistically it isn't so easy... Taking off from Venus isn't the easiest thing in the world. It's got a very hot surface almost 500° C, steel and other iron alloys would get red hot and lose their tensile strength. Then it is a very long journey to Neptune. To land in a sea of liquid hydrogen. Almost impossible engineering feat to construct a vessel that could withstand these widely differing atmospheres, with life remaining in the space explorers!
