She didn't exit the vehicle that was to be towed away and was wanting to go to a house down the road during the officers investigation. If you go to the youtube page the comments explain most of it. The cop did have patience but I think he was planning to arrest her the whole time. I wonder what ever happened in court with this. I would like to know the follow up.

The comments on the jootube page mirror the clueless comments on this forum from morons who have zero comprehension about how they have been stripped of their birthright yet they love their Death Cult Big Brother who stripped them of their birthright. Oh the irony.

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. --Hosea 4:6

I actually got stopped by a cop for speeding the other day. I rolled down my window, he asked for license and registration. I handed him my license and said that this is not for identification purposes but for competency only. He said well I clocked you driving 58 in a 45. I said if I may correct that assumption, I was not driving.

He said excuse me I see you behind the wheel right now. I said of course I am traveling in my private automobile, but I am not on the clock for my employer nor do I drive for a living.

He responded with and says, oh you're own of those. I responded with one of those what? Who knows his rights and will stand up for them? He said if I give you a ticket you'll be fighting it won't you? I said yes. He goes well I don't really want to go to court, just slow down, handed me back my license and insurance information and left me on my way.

I was polite and respectful the entire time, and would of remained that way.

Traffic fines are all about revenue, just make sure to stay polite. Police can kill you in this country and get away with it. So proceed with caution.

I read this (https://www.lewrockwell.com/2015/07/steve-silverman/be-prepared-to-flex-your-rights/) earlier today and it seems to relate to this topic.

The case in question, Pennsylvania v Mimms, held that police can legally order stopped motorists out of their cars, describing the request as “at most, a mere inconvenience” which the court said “cannot prevail when balanced against legitimate concerns for the officer’s safety”. Silverman said this ruling has “contributed to many unnecessary and avoidable escalations where police forcibly remove motorists from their vehicles simply because they talked back or were too afraid to exit”.

So if police ever order you out of your car, step out of the car.

Not saying I agree with the above, just posting for discussion.

That doesn't prove the sovereign citizen stuff is legitimate. All it proves is if you put up resistance a lazy government worker, they may let things slide so they don't have to do any real work.

Stuff like this happens all the time with sovereign citizen cases, and it reinforces the ideology.

She was impeding an investigation. That vehicle was going to be towed. They could not tow that vehicle with her inside.

My ears are open to cop brutality, but in this case, I don't hear it. She was out of control. Props to that cop for keeping his cool.

Considering how many innocent people are assaulted and brutalized by the police after they follow their instructions to step out of the car. I would say it isn't a minor inconvenience to step out of the car. If someone refuses to step out of a car when asked, they should get a court order where probable cause for search and arrest is made. Not any different then entering a persons house. Inconvenient for the police sure but better for the population at large.

I'm sure she was arrested for impeding an investigation, interfering with a police officer doing his sworn duties.

If she would have shut up and got out of the car in the first place, when the cop asked politely, she wouldn't have been arrested.

Look, we ask cops to treat us with respect and do the right thing. It goes both ways, it helps to treat cops with respect and like human beings as well. Situations should be resolved peacefully and just, but that takes both cops and the people they interact with to achieve that.

A car can be a deadly weapon. It's not uncommon for people to use a car to try and kill a cop. For the record, if someone tries to kill you with their car, you can shoot them too. It's called self defense.

Nobody tried to kill anyone, the cop tried to enter sovereign territory and when refused he clung on to his catch.

Like a lightweight fisherman he was hooked, got angry and shot his fish.

The girl in this OP is not in anyway subject to seizure and arrest, from all accounts she removed herself from a vehicle that was being towed for failure to have a licensed operator. Ofcourse her demeanor could be interpreted as using illegal drugs prior to, but this was not made clear by the arresting officer, or any statements made that she was impeding any other investigations otherwise while being cuffed.

Its best to make clear any intentions when dealing with others in direct fashions, the cop is just as much a bad apple as she.

And he looks like a young Glenn Beck...

They got even more high pitched after the arrest... Anyway I don't believe birds falling from the sky 'impeded' the investigation significantly. She was arrested for having a discussion re her friends arrest. The officer told her just seconds before arresting her, he didn't have grounds to arrest her, so she stepped out of the car, and got arrested.

recognize that I live in a "partial" police state, and would have kept my mouth shut. She shreeks out words claiming not to have to abide by laws, and insisting that he does. Hypocritical isn't it? She's completely insane. She was putting on a show for the camera. I'm telling you, this kind of shit happens all the time with cops, I know from experience. It's all a big act to gain attention.

When more cops have cameras themselves, it will be the best thing for them. If someone cries that their cuffs are too tight, aim the camera down and show that they loose.

Nobody seems to care about the truth in some of these situations. Bad cop evil cop, etc. It's all a bunch of BS. Any logical rational person should be able to see that woman was crazy.

It's just frustrating, Horn. Logic and reason get completely thrown out the window on any cop thread. The cop is always the bad guy, the screaming lunatic woman is always right.

The biggest reason why being a cop sucks, is the drama. People putting on an act. You've got the 6'5" black gangbanger threatening your life as you arrest him, to show off for his buddies, then breaks down crying in the back of the patrol car. You've got the woman wailing you are hurting her, which you are not, just to make a lawsuit.

No matter how much you try to treat people with respect, they shit on you.

I couldn't deal with what these cops these days do, with all the cameras on every phone. Drama Drama Drama. Facts don't matter anymore. It's all about emotion how the public "feels" about the situation.

God blessed me by guiding me away from all that. If I stayed in it, I'd probably go postal. That wouldn't be good for anyone.
