Outdoor space is fantastic - deep soak oak wine barrel hot tub, mature trees, synthetic grass lawn and privacy fence. Entertain a lot? Not a problem! There's a fabulous "guest suite" in the trailer out front, complete with its own patio and entrance

Nope. I live out of a camper for work, about the size of the "guest house" ximmy posted.
If I were to rent a place, or room that size in the city I work....2K a month about. CA is insane, nothing makes any sense.

I meant a joke as in does the seller really think they will get what they are asking for it? Or is it a publicity stunt?
Is it just in the areas along the coast (SF, LA, SD...etc.) or are places in CA also affected? If I lived in CA, I'd be selling my house as fast as possible to get out if I hadn't already moved out by now.

That's where I was born. Dogtown. My grandparents still live there. In a house my grandfather built when he arrived home from WW2. He built the house for 14K and today it's valued at 2.7M. They're in their early 90's and in Morocco right now. You can't slow them down.
