Of course, those performance numbers will decrease over time as the lazy fuck riding it will get fatter and fatter.

Fatso can buy one for each foot.

Fatso can buy one for each foot.
And one each for the butt cheeks!. But then at $3,200, most fatsos would prefer to spend that on delivery pizza, why go out at all?

The new iphones are about $800, so I think this walkcar is actually fairly priced as far as new tech gadgets go.
I would never buy one. I think they should target their market towards disabled people, or old people, folks who have a hard time walking. I would be worried about crime and turds stealing it though, especially in the innercity. They need to make it faster, it needs to outrun a turd wearing baggy pants down past his ass.

Last summer there was a thread about those irritating micro bastards that are called by many names, nats/gnats/fruit flies that get into homes. Many suggestions were made and at least for me, none really worked. This summer they came back, you know the little bastards that fly around your face and such.
Well, I bought this just for a grin, and to my amazement it works quite well .

It also works well outside against misquotes and other critters.
There is a certain satisfaction watching these little bugs get zapped into oblivion.

there's a few different ideas like this one out there. There is one that is like a unicycle without the seat. It has a small rectangle box with a foot plate either side you can stand on it. Leaning forward speeds it up, leaning back slows down and side to side.
here's another one: http://mobbo.co/

I like it, the technology is amazing, but they need to stop with the advertising with young, healthy, fit folks. Have some old fat bastards on these things. Walking is healthy and their advertising is not honest, imo.

I see your point but they have gophers for that. I think their market is hipsters or something. I thought hipsters died out in the early 70's but apparently not.

Hipsters are interesting people. We have a lot of them in the city, I work with quite a few. They have this personality, "I'm the coolest guy around, you are cool for talking with me, we are all cool dudes..."
Seems a bit fake, if you ask me. Almost like they are so full of themselves, it should spread to you. You are automatically a cool guy just being around them. It's weird. They definitely have a sub culture amongst them.
Each to his own, I say, but I doubt I could become good friends with a hipster.

San Diego is infested with hipsters.
If a tree falls in the forest, and no one hears it, does it make a sound?
If it does, you can bet a hipster has it on vinyl!
Nyuck nyuck nyuck!
