I'm not sure whether to call it the Dogman Reticle, or the Chicken Reticle.

The Reticle - that's basically the cross-hairs on the scope.
When this kind of scope details uses circles instead of chickens, I think it's called a German Dot.
So it could also be called a German Chicken Dot, or "Huhn" Dot.
