From Law of Contracts by William Page .... you waive immunity (aka accept jurisdiction) by filing an answer to the merits. If you are the one bringing the action by making a request (petition, charge) you cannot withdraw except by leave of the court.

The only action possible ... demurrer ... as this does not act as a waiver to immunity.

Have heard Demurrer before. Interesting on several levels. Confirmation about process. That the 3 step process, claim, counter claim - Answer to the merits and default is valid and is the method. Claims un-rebutted may become the law between the parties.

I'd like to see footnotes 18 and 19, all actually but those mainly.
