I glanced at some of their labels and they don't really appear to be making any health or drug related claims. It is called a CONSENT DECREE because they appear to have not hired an attorney to contest the FDA charges. Chalk up another WIN for FDC which does not especially equate to a WIN for non-Rothchild economy.

If you read the decree you get the impression that the only law involved is the consent(contract). If you read the actual statute law there are so many holes that would make it rather easy to take on any argument the FDA can present. Predominant is the idea that food is a substance intended for 'man or other animals'. Religious exemption right there. But taking on the beast if probably one of the more stressful things a civilian can do until you realize that Oz is just a little man with a big voice behind a veil.
