Looking at their names. I would say one may be a half swede with an Arabic father, the other is probably entirely Arabic. They are probably both Swedish citizens though... The "refugees" about 150.000 of them the last year alone, usually have been able to get across the entire European continent without having to show a passport or claim refugee status in the countries before Sweden. Of course this should be impossible.
