Since when didn't "the tribe" appreciate a well propped enemy? Its half their endgame, without one there would be a no show.

Good find! In his speech he says Pravda=truth twice, in the previous video it isn't translated as truth, but in this it is. Thus I would put more credence into this one translation, and it comes out totally different. Thanks!

Edited to add: the speech is cut at several points to show a totally different point
