This is huge news in the SF Bay Area. First time ever, a great white shark was caught on film attacking inside the bay. All my life, the discussion about whether great whites were actually in the bay has been a controversy. Now, it's been proven. Also, there's a lot of swimming clubs in the bay, that do the swim from Alcatraz to San Francisco. That goes back to the argument if prisoners could actually make the swim to escape. I wonder what members of those swim clubs think now!
Video at link. First video, taken from a ferry boat camera. There's a second video taken from a cell phone on Alcatraz, great footage. Warning though, there's this annoying kid in that video. By the end of the video, you feel like tossing him into the water to feed the shark.
