So according to the legend, October 21, 2015 is the day Marty McFly comes to the future from 1985. Interesting to see the net discussing what things from B2TF I & II have or have not come in to existence.

Thinking about it, not sure there was any real new tech ideas. Most things have just evolved. Not much new.

I don't think they had much grunt engine wise. Bit of a wet fish. Getting enough air in fast enough and enough exhaust out fast enough makes all the difference to power. So this engine probably didn't breathe very well.


0 - 60Mph: 8.8 seconds (manual) 10.5 seconds (auto).

They're cheating a little bit. They are using a super conducting magnet being kept extremely cold with liquid nitrogen. The concrete was specially made for that shoot as it has ground up Iron in it.
