This is exactly what I've been doing and I plan to keep doing it until I get to my idea physical shape not weight because I carry a lot of muscle.
First, no gluten and no GMO's.
Morning: -As soon as you wake up, take 2 acidophilus on an empty stomach.
Then prepare the juice. -Wash and juice: 1/4 head of cabbage (cut it into 1/8ths or whatever size that will fit easily into your juicer) 1 cucumbers (as well, cut to fit) 1 bunch kale (use stems and all) 1 lemon (skin and seeds) 6 strawberries (tops intact) Drink it as quickly as you can.
Lunch: -Sometime between 10:30am-11:30am -Well toast a piece or two (depending on how hungry you are) GLUTEN FREE BREAD Salad: Thinly slice 1c of green cabbage Grate 1-2 carrots, depending on the size. (1/4c-1/3c) In a bowl mix the cabbage and carrots with 2T of extra Virgin olive oil, 1/2 of lemon (squeeze over it) and a sprinkling of salt. Toss to mix well. -Spread the toast with a light amount of peanut butter. I eat it like an open faced sandwich. You can make it like a sandwich or eat the salad and the bread separately, however you would like.
Dinner: Between 5pm-6pm -In a bowl mix: 1c cottage cheese 3/4c applesauce 4 strawberries 1 kiwi, diced 1/2-1 banana (you decide how much you would like)
