drinking and posting causes erroneous scripting

if editing a post prompts a blank text area, just click on "reply with quote" and you should be able to get it back... just copy/paste and remove the block quotes tags

I do something similar to singulars suggestion, although probably not as easy.

I cancel my edit, then I can see what was posted originally, I select that text. Then hit edit again. Get that blank edit box and paste it back in.

But then I have to re-do any links. Singulars method should mean the links would be still there.

I find this happens to me when I am quoting something.

It's just fucked. And yes posting when drinking causes unforseen scripting issues.
