Not a necessarily a conflict. SAPI and ESPAPI body armor plates are bulletproof, yet fragile. If dropped SAPI/ESAPI plates are rendered ineffective. If not dropped they will withstand multiple hits.

No, Mick. It's conflicted, I believe the fragile x 2. It might stop a .22 short from 100 yards.

I think they anticipate that it is bullet proof when 2 sheets are together but is fragile when only 1 sheet is there. And possibly only bullet proof in the area marked by the corner lines.

Or does the box contain Superman?

I think the guy who put the two sheets together and marked it bulletproof used a shipping container and didn't remove the lables.
