Nope. Haven't tried it. I do use castor oil (cold pressed) daily.

As with all things of this type ... it is your INTENT that determines the outcome. You could use distilled water and achieve similar results IF THE MIND BELIEVES IT IS A REMEDY.

I think I might have planted these one year. Production was crappy.

Listed in the 1st seed catalog for the new year. 100 seeds for 1.50 frns.

I've been taking black seed for over a year now. I bought the raw seeds in bulk. You have to roast them in a pan until they get a nutty flavor. After roasting I put them in a small electric coffee grinder and grind them. After I grind them I put the black seed in gel capsules because it's handier to take them during the day with out having to mix it with food. There's an article I'll post a link to below that says they work best if you take them with a little honey. I don't know one way or another if they work but I read that they do for a lot of things.

I've never had anything like what you describe happening to me. Are you sure it was Black Seed your son ordered? They can upset your stomach a little if you take to much. I take them after eating something and with a little honey.

A couple of months ago I ordered a black bottle of "Black Seed Oil", which is spelled out on the bottle as being Nigella Sativa, cold-pressed oil from black seeds (cumin) from Turkey. I add it to my meals, about two teaspoons worth, and it adds a slight nutty flavor. I have no idea as to whether or not is has any health benefits, but, I considered it to be a culinary addition to my meals.
