What do you folks think about a kit like this, for survival? I was recommended to grow sprouts, given my situation.

That looks really nice. I love sprouts and they are very healthy. My mom and sisters make them. Ever have pumpkin sprouts? Sprouts are great on salads and in sandwiches.

Sprouts seem like a great solution for those of us with limited space, to be able to grow healthy food to supplement preps.
