Aaron Swartz
Edward Snowden
Ross Ulbricht
Apparently these are the most dangerous people on the planet in our government's eyes. And what do these people stand for? Freedom and openness.

Painting this guy as an ethical moral righteous individual? Don't know. Maybe he was. Maybe not. But if he chose killing as a tool to protect his 'invention' and this was his defense then Mexican drug lords using similar reasoning have a similar defense.... it was necessary to kill to protect the enterprise.

Even more interesting is knowing now that the federal government didn't even have the jurisdiction to even trial that case.

And the don't have jurisdiction in all the Western Rangeland cattle grazing lawsiuts brought by the BLM and the US Forest Service. Which brings up the question, "Do these federal bureaucracies, agencies, services have Constitutional authority in the geographical United States". I don't think they do except for interstate commerce. Congress is prohibited from legislating within the 50 states. But through words of art they have pulled the wool over our eyes.

Whether it got passed or not the 14 amendment has been implemented. (The difference is de facto vs de jure). Law attaches to the bodies of people rather than to land.
Prior to the 14th there was a federal government. After the 14th there was a national government (as in E PLURIBUS UNUM .. OUT OF MANY ONE)

I'm very surprised by your post. Of all people I figure you'd get it.
It would appear you've been sucked in by the Beast's version of events. Before drawing ANY conclusions it would be wise to pick up on ALL the information available. According to the documentary Deep Web it certainly appears to be that the accusations of trying to hire a hitmat against Ulbricht are very fuzzy at best.

That's Cody Wilson, the man behind the 3-D printed gun and the Ghost Gunner machine for finishing 80% AR lowers, and also named by Wired magazine as one of the 15 most dangerous men in the world.

I have no facts; ergo, nothing upon which to base an opinion. I have however noticed that the penalty for stealing a loaf of bread frequently exceeds the penalty for embezzling billions. Maybe this guy would have done better with embezzling rather than creating?

Point taken. However, two federal judges and several government attornies on the cases have gone completely silent, not to be heard from again.
