10 Rules for Engagement for White Jews Joining the #BlackLivesMatter Movement (http://www.truah.org/48-issuescampaigns/mass-incarceration-reform/693-10-rules-for-engagement-for-white-jews-joining-the-blacklivesmatter-movement.html)

By Rabbi Susan Talve and Sarah Barasch-Hagans

1. Show up.
It's not too late to build relationships. The time is now. This is a movement, not a moment.

2. Practice deep listening and less talking.Jews love to talk, but we need to listen this round. Become familiar with the literature, texts, and individual voices of this 400 year struggle. See the extent of racism in America and feel its pain. Normally, white people can choose to ignore racism or to keep it on a theoretical level. If more white people heard and truly cared about the pain experienced by so many Black people, we would not be in the situation we are in. Respect Black people’s experiences as reality whether or not a Department of Justice report confirms it.

3. Do your own internal community’s work.Work with your community to internally synthesize this learning into awareness and healing.
Don’t treat individuals of color as your teachers, but process your feelings with other white people. Many groups exist to support communities in doing this work.

4. Explode the myth that all Jews are white.Black Lives Matter means Black Jews (and other Jews of color) must matter. Don't speak of Jews as if they all share race and class privilege. When you really mean "white Jews," say that. Figure out what your community has to do to make truly welcoming space for Jews of color and do it. Examine the messages you send children, about who is a Jew. Diversify your books and art to show Jews of color. Include a statement of inclusion for Jews of color on your website. Invite Jews of color who are artists, singers, or rabbis to give sermons. Perform, or show their art.

Do not stand idly by the blood of your neighbor.
(Leviticus 19:16)
At a time when the community is suffering, no one should say, “I will go home, eat, drink, and be at peace with myself.”
(Babylonian Talmud Taanit, 11a)
JUFJ stands against police brutality, and for a world in which Black lives truly matter. We will not stand idly by when Black people are targeted in our cities and our communities. We continue to seek ways to be in solidarity with local Black-led efforts and will keep our community informed.
Let's kindle a flame within our hearts that can keep burning as we rededicate ourselves to this struggle.

Less than a week later, a grand jury in New York decided not to indict a white police officer who killed an unarmed black man named Eric Garner with an illegal chokehold, in front of witnesses and video cameras. Protests and actions have ensued.TC Jewfolk asked me if I’d like to write something about how we should feel and react as Jews.
I work for Jewish Community Action (http://www.jewishcommunityaction.org), an almost 20-year-old nonprofit organization using community organizing to build a strong Jewish voice for racial and economic justice in Minnesota. In my staff role, I’m often asked to explain why we believe Jews should care about issues that are not, at face value, “Jewish issues.” In 2011, I wrote here on TCJewfolk (http://tcjewfolk.com/standing-jew-marriage-equality/) about why marriage equality is a Jewish value. Earlier this fall I wrote for Zeek, explaining why Jews should care about the disenfranchisement of millions of convicted felons (http://zeek.forward.com/articles/118399/).
I’ll be direct: this is a Jewish issue.

Do black lives matter in Israel?
Ethiopian Jews are protesting in Israel over alleged police brutality and racism May 23, 2015 12:04PM ET

Citizens of Ethiopian descent have taken to the streets of Israel in recent weeks to protest alleged police brutality and widespread racism (http://america.aljazeera.com/articles/2015/5/1/dimi-reider-israel-article.html).
The Ethiopian Jewish community, which comprises 2 percent of the Israeli population, has long complained of police criminalizing young black men, but the issue was amplified in April after a video of officers violently beating an Ethiopian-Israeli soldier went viral.
The protesters – some of which have clashed with police – say black lives don’t matter in Israel, and are seeking equal treatment under the law.
So what’s life like for Ethiopian Jews living in Israel? AJ+’s Dena Takruri takes a look.

Marketing the Police State Through Dialectics

Posted By Vicky Davis (http://tvoinews.com/author/vickyd/) on Jul 19, 2016 |

http://i1.wp.com/tvoinews.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/Upside_down_flag_hammer_sickle.jpg?resize=150%2C15 0This morning after listening to the testimony of the witnesses in a 2015 hearing before the House Judiciary on Police Conduct, I understand now what the whole Black Lives Matter “movement” is about. First, what it is not. It is not about people and their interactions with the police. It is about technology and systems for the police state.

The people in the BLM movement have been used in what amounts to street theatre with the script written by game theorists – and that’s game in the sense of manipulation of public perception. In other words, the people who are members of BLM were used in a dialectic that serves the purpose of justification for systems and regimentation (standardization) of policing. The systems and standardization across the country means nationalization of the police – one size fits all with centralized control in Washington DC.

It’s been an implicit part of the design of the entire Homescam Security System – fusion centers and police state technology systems from the very beginning. The people who sell systems, training, standards and procedures packages always need justification for the cost of their systems and more importantly, they need a major event of some kind to justify the wholesale change of procedures and processes – and that’s true whether you are talking about a corporation or an agency of government. In corporate-speak, it falls into the category of Cost/Benefits Analysis. If safety or security is involved, the cost is measured in risk potential but cost and benefit are always paramount.

Amongst the public, the mainstream media serves the purpose of manipulation of public perception. The very best propagandists in the media are selected to go to work in the political system. The lowest level of “journalists” are just useful idiots who rewrite wire stories. They are not allowed to think.

What the mainstream media has been selling the public is the idea that “reforms” are needed – and yet, every reform the Congress puts through, things get worse. Why? Because they are centralizing control in Washington DC – implementing communist systems of control and I say that with absolute certainty because the communist systems of control are technology-based and technology and systems is how I made my living – writing systems for corporations.

House Judiciary Committee Community Policing
May 19, 2015
Sheriff David Clarke – 37 years in the business of policing. He represents the rational, boots-on-the-ground police experience and he addresses the mis-perception of the police as represented by media coverage of events and on the Internet. He talks about the statistical fraud and behavior issues in the urban areas. He does however, also recognize that there are bad police who abuse the power they have.

Every other person on the panel defines changes to policing that when put together form what amounts to a strategic plan for imposing national standards, procedures and technology on our police departments. If you control the standards, procedures and technology – and you implement the oversight systems for “accountability”, you control the process – whatever the process might be. When you implement “accountability” systems to measure performance outcomes, the people become like trained seals (arf arf seals) who worry more about the statistics and their performance reviews than they do the function they are performing.

You can go to C-Span to listen to the entire hearing (http://www.c-span.org/video/?326139-1/hearing-community-policing) – and I strongly suggest that you do – at least through the witness statements.

I did take a clip of Deborah Ramirez. The part that Ramirez plays in this script is to bring the elements together – “The Roadmap to Justice”. She calls for the establishment of the soviets. The word soviet is a Russian word for council or commission. The following are things to know about Ms. Ramirez:
Deborah A. Ramirez Professor, Northeastern University, School of Law
Ramirez hails from Northeastern University. When Mikhail Gorbachev left the Presidio in San Francisco where he was involved with the State of the World Forum (~ 2005), he went to Northeastern University. The significance of Mikhail Gorbachev, State of the World Forum and the connection to a university goes back to the Helsinki Final Act signed in 1975 by Gerald Ford but I’ll get into that more in the coming weeks.

The bottom line is that We have a communist insurgency in this country and the hotspots of the insurgency are at the universities. We have communists and/or communist sympathizers embedded within our governments. The technology systems that are being implemented regardless of whether you are talking about the schools, the fusion centers, the tracking and data collection on our highways, the smart grid and smart meters – NONE of those systems are American in the sense of loyalty to American values, history and heritage. They are systems that would have been developed and implemented in the Soviet Union, Communist China, East Germany and the eastern block countries. In other words, all of the countries that rule by tyranny.

The way these systems are marketed to the public is efficiency and accountability. With the capabilities of technology today, efficiency and accountability will turn your children and grandchildren into robots for the state. Children born today will never know a moments freedom in their lives if we are unable to stop the implementation of these totalitarian control systems brought to you by the communist insurgency in this country.

Take heed.

The following is an article about community policing written by Philips Worts, Detective of the San Diego Police Department in the year 2000. It turns out he was right.

more state sponsored terror - negroes robbing whites in columbia, mo. catch and quick release by gov

check out the low bonds -- for no less than 5 armed robberies and more crimes

http://www.columbiamissourian.com/news/five-suspects-arrested-in-connection-with-armed-robberies/article_da711570-4f74-11e6-a2ff-b7f89685dfce.html

COLUMBIA — The Columbia Police Department arrested five suspects between Wednesday afternoon and early Thursday morning in relation to recent armed robberies targeting college-aged males, according to a news release from the department.

The arrested suspects include Deandre Lavelle Denny, 19; Darion Martel Polk, 21; Christion Deangelo Johnson, 17; and Richard Johnson, Jr., 22, all of Columbia. The fifth is Ashley Aubrey, 20, of Pilot Grove, Missouri.

Detectives with the Criminal Investigations Division conducted 11 interviews with the suspects and various witnesses throughout the investigation.

At 11:38 p.m. on Wednesday, officers with a search warrant found items at 1416 Greensboro Drive that Columbia police said were acquired from the robberies. Detectives are in the process of contacting the victims to return the property.

Four of the armed robberies occurred on July 12. The first was at 12:55 a.m. in an alley behind Gunter Hans in downtown Columbia. At 1:31 a.m. at Campus Lodge student apartments, another robbery occurred. Two more robberies took place that evening — the first was at approximately 10:55 p.m. near Locust and Waugh streets, and the second, around 11:45 p.m., occurred in the 1300 block of Wilkes Boulevard.

At 1:26 a.m. on Saturday, around Tenth and Cherry streets, Polk allegedly became involved in a verbal argument with a male and proceeded to threaten him with a firearm, according to the release. After placing the weapon in a nearby vehicle, Columbia police said Polk hit the man multiple times with his fists. The man experienced swelling and bruising after the assault but was not robbed.

At 11:04 p.m. the same day, four of the suspects allegedly committed a fifth armed robbery near Bear Creek Trail and North Providence Road.

On July 13, Columbia Assistant Police Chief Jeremiah Hunter and MU interim Chancellor Hank Foley held a press conference in light of the incidents. The victims were men between the ages of 21 and 24, and some were current or former students, Foley said at the conference.

Each suspect faces charges of several counts of robbery in the first degree and armed criminal action. Denny, Polk, Christion Johnson and Richard Johnson each face additional charges as well. Denny's bond has been set at a combined $5,000, Polk's bond has been set at $9,000, Christion Johnson's bond has been set at $500, Richard Johnson's bond has been set at $13,000 and Aubrey's bond is to be set by the court.
