Not many people seem to know or care about this first issue, The Woodpecker, but it is important. The Woodpecker was a Soviet electromagnetic mind control weapon, a huge electromagnetic tranquilizer. This weapon may be off now, but the fact remains that it was used, and it partially explains the condition of our people today.
Also, The Woodpecker was turned off because it became obsolete, they got much improved technology to control us. Not because the USSR collapsed. Dr. Becker is considered the father of electro-medical and cellular regeneration technology; he was also a pioneer in researching power frequency and cellular microwave damages from cellular communication.
