Respecting ALL life is a centrist and objective position, not subjected to races/cultures/subjective. Because if we do not regard it as a "whole", it always will come back to haunt us/one, with a vengeance.... millennia of war... and now the WW3 slaughterhouse on the horizon.

Senate passes budget bill repealing Obamacare, defunding Planned Parenthood
Washington (CNN)The Senate Thursday approved on a largely party line vote a budget bill that would repeal Obamacare and defund Planned Parenthood, two top priorities of Republicans who control the chamber.
Not to be outdone, Democrats seized the debate to try to force votes on gun control legislation that could put some Republicans in a politically tough position as the country is reeling from a recent spate of mass shootings.
By voting to nullify Obamacare -- the signature domestic accomplishment of the Obama administration -- GOP congressional leaders fulfilled a longtime pledge to voters and rank-and-file members to get a repeal to President Barack Obama's desk, even though he will veto it.
Republican leaders also want to send an unmistakable message to voters: If you elect a GOP president next year and keep the them in charge of Congress, Obamacare will go.

Senate Republicans are expected to achieve two goals on Thursday that have long eluded them — they'll pass a bill that defunds Planned Parenthood and repeals the Affordable Care Act. The House has managed to vote more than 50 times to repeal all or part of the health care law, but it's always been tougher in the Senate, where Republicans don't have the 60 votes needed to pass bills Democrats oppose. This year, they'll have a special procedure at their disposal to get around that.

U.S. Senate Passes Unprecedented Vote to Defund Abortion Giant Planned Parenthood
9th December 2015
‘In an unprecedented move, the U.S. Senate voted Thursday to defund the abortion giant Planned Parenthood, agreeing to a provision that was part of a bill to strip key parts of Obamacare.
The Senate voted 52 to 47 in support of the measure, rejecting two efforts to remove the Planned Parenthood language from the legislation.
Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) had presented an amendment to restore the funding, but it was defeated 48-52. Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.) sought to create a fund paid for by the taxes of millionaires, but it also was rejected 54-46.’
