sure now that the evidence against abortion inc is too overwhelming and that obamacare is a financial disaster, they had to pass the laws.

Respecting ALL life is a centrist and objective position, not subjected to races/cultures/subjective. Because if we do not regard it as a "whole", it always will come back to haunt us/one, with a vengeance.... millennia of war... and now the WW3 slaughterhouse on the horizon.

Senate passes budget bill repealing Obamacare, defunding Planned Parenthood
Washington (CNN)The Senate Thursday approved on a largely party line vote a budget bill that would repeal Obamacare and defund Planned Parenthood, two top priorities of Republicans who control the chamber.

Not to be outdone, Democrats seized the debate to try to force votes on gun control legislation that could put some Republicans in a politically tough position as the country is reeling from a recent spate of mass shootings.

By voting to nullify Obamacare -- the signature domestic accomplishment of the Obama administration -- GOP congressional leaders fulfilled a longtime pledge to voters and rank-and-file members to get a repeal to President Barack Obama's desk, even though he will veto it.

Republican leaders also want to send an unmistakable message to voters: If you elect a GOP president next year and keep the them in charge of Congress, Obamacare will go.

Senate Republicans are expected to achieve two goals on Thursday that have long eluded them — they'll pass a bill that defunds Planned Parenthood and repeals the Affordable Care Act. The House has managed to vote more than 50 times to repeal all or part of the health care law, but it's always been tougher in the Senate, where Republicans don't have the 60 votes needed to pass bills Democrats oppose. This year, they'll have a special procedure at their disposal to get around that.

U.S. Senate Passes Unprecedented Vote to Defund Abortion Giant Planned Parenthood
9th December 2015

‘In an unprecedented move, the U.S. Senate voted Thursday to defund the abortion giant Planned Parenthood, agreeing to a provision that was part of a bill to strip key parts of Obamacare.

The Senate voted 52 to 47 in support of the measure, rejecting two efforts to remove the Planned Parenthood language from the legislation.

Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) had presented an amendment to restore the funding, but it was defeated 48-52. Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.) sought to create a fund paid for by the taxes of millionaires, but it also was rejected 54-46.’

Cancer patients begin losing health insurance coverage as Obamacare ‘sickcare’ system implodes
9th December 2015

‘When Obamacare was first imposed on the American public, it was touted as a plan that would make quality healthcare available to everyone. The reality has proven to be another story …

Take for instance the case of Cindy Jacobson, a Houston woman being treated for renal cell carcinoma. Her cancer is currently in remission, but she must still undergo expensive scans and other treatments as part of her recovery.

Cindy’s treatment and recovery has been managed by the team of doctors and surgeons at Houston’s MD Anderson Hospital – a facility world famous for its cancer treatment programs.’

Meanwhile, patients like Cindy Jacobson appear to be out of luck. Faced with the loss of coverage and out-of-pocket costs – such as scans that can cost nearly $10,000 each – it's unclear how she will be able to continue her treatments.

And so, this is America under Obamacare. The awful reality is that the president's healthcare scheme has proven to be an enormous failure. We are just now beginning to see its real effects on the average American, and it's not a pretty sight to behold.

"To be clear, only individual PPO plans will be discontinued at the end of 2015. It is extremely important to note that our PPO members will not be impacted if they have a grandfathered policy or if they obtained their policy through their employer."

in a real-politik way, this is good.

Obama might veto the repealing of the World's-Worst&Most-Coercive-Care Act.

But it will set the stage for discussion of repealing. Right during an election cycle.

To get the nomination (barring GOP monkey business), Trump has to say just a few words,

"On Day 1 I will repeal Obamacare and Cancel the Individual Mandate".

Probably win the election right then too.

I hope that once Obummercare is repealed that the company I work for goes back to using their Cadillac insurance plan that they had previously. No premiums, no out of pocket cost, just give them a card and it was paid for. Obummercare ruined that and was going to tax employers who had insurance plans like that with a 50% tax. So employers gutted it to avoid the 50% tax.

Those idiots in Washington were actually planning on companies keeping their Cadillac insurance plans and paying 50% of it in taxes.... Complete and utterly useless morons.

I can't afford health insurance, so I'm punished and forced to pay a fine.

Would be nice if I didn't have to pay anything.

I don't get sick.

Do you sign forms W-4 or W-9? If you do not sign either of these forms for an employer or someone you provide services to you are not obligated to pay into Social Security, Medicare, Obamacare or Federal Withholding. You are not obligated to file a form 1040.

If you sign any of those forms you have volunteered to pay.
