Really all about money or/and an awakening to a better comprehension of the Biblical Genesis by the same token?

If world events are any indication, indeed politics must cease to be religion and otherwise, zunism of not. Beside feel free to believe what you want.

OFFICIAL WEBSITE
The religious organization of Zuism is a platform for its members to practise a religion of the ancient Sumerian people. Zuists fully support freedom of religion, and from religion, for everyone. The organization’s primary objective is that the government repeal any law that grants religious organizations privilege, financial or otherwise, above other organizations. Furthermore Zuists demand that the government’s registry of its citizens’ religion will be abolished.

The organization redistributes the government’s annual financial support equally to all members of the congregation. The organization’s financial matters are handled by an accountant firm, and general administrative matters are handled by a lawyer. Neither the administrative board nor other members will have access to the organizations financial matters.

The religious organization of Zuism will cease to exist when its objectives have been met.

Some politicians have claimed that Zuism should be de-registered because it is not a true religion. “But the real question is, what is a true religious organisation and how do you measure belief?” said Thorhallsson, who describes himself as agnostic.

Perhaps surprisingly, some newly registered Zuists were also showing an interest in Sumerian worship, he added. “We had a service, with a reading of ancient Sumerian poetry. We’re planning another.”

Why are atheists flocking to join Iceland's fastest-growing religion?
The Zuist church has some links with the pro-free speech, anti-authoritarian Pirate Party. Halldór Auðar Svansson, a Reykjavík city councilman for the party, has spoken out in support of the religion, praisining its efforts in “hacking the system,” while Pirate Party founder Birgitta Jónsdóttir is thought to be a Zuist.

Tax authorities have cautioned that, if the Zuist church refund congregation tax (also known as parish fees) to its members, the payments will be subject to income tax.

Recent polls have indictated that support is mounting in Iceland for separation of church and state.

The church's website says: "The religious organization of Zuism is a platform for its members to practise a religion of the ancient Sumerian people. Zuists fully support freedom of religion, and from religion, for everyone. The organization’s primary objective is that the government repeal any law that grants religious organizations privilege, financial or otherwise, above other organizations. Furthermore Zuists demand that the government’s registry of its citizens’ religion will be abolished."

The faith in question, the Zuists, ostensibly worship the ancient Sumerian gods. However, their stated mission has less to do with creating religion than it does to do with separating the state

New religion in Iceland promises tax rebates to followers, membership surges
9th December 2015

‘Zuism, a religion based on ancient Sumerian beliefs, has become the fastest growing religious group in Iceland. Thousands of residents, opposed to the state-funded system of religion, have recently joined in, amid promises to receive a refund for religion taxes.

Practiced by way of singing ancient Sumerian poems, Zuism was officially recognized as a religion in Iceland in 2013. The church reportedly boasts some 3,000 members (almost 1 percent of Iceland’s modest population of 323,000), which means they actually outnumber Muslims.

The challenge set by Zuists is to abolish state funding for religious groups in Iceland.’

“The organization’s primary objective is that the government repeal any law that grants religious organizations privilege, financial or otherwise, above other organizations. Furthermore Zuists demand that the government’s registry of its citizens’ religion will be abolished,” members say on the group's website.

They say the “religious organization of Zuism will cease to exist when its objectives have been met.”

In fact, separation of religion and the state is what most Icelanders look forward to, recent polling has found. A Gallup survey published in late October shows over 55 percent of people are in favor of the separation of church and state (an increase of nearly 5 percent on the previous year), with 23.9 percent opposed to it.

MORE
The new religious organization of Zuism has gained attention in Iceland lately. Ostensibly, it’s a platform to practice a religion of the ancient Sumerian people. In just over two weeks, the number of the organization’s members has gone up by more than a thousand, reaching a total of 1,124, making it the eighth largest religious organization in Iceland, according to Vísir.

The main issue is whether the way to God is wrought in God, not in anthropology.

thanks for dropping by, I see that it is your 1st post... do you have any idea how the bronze age sumerians could have known about the complexity of the cosmos and how many planets are in our galaxy already?

because accepting the above calls for a much bigger picture... and the realization that anthropology as taught is a deception. It is either pre-diluvian and very advanced civilizations ... or the ETs... no other way around.
