More murders seem to be committed by savage blacks- (is that redundant?) than any other group. If there are any civilized blacks to refute this, let them join in and educate me.

Florida: Naked Man Eats the Face of Another Man





A homeless man is now fighting for his life after another man ate half his face. The incident occured near a Miami causeway Saturday afternoon.

According to police, a truck driver and a woman saw a naked man chewing on another man´s face. Both told the man without clothes to back away. Then a police officer was called to the scene and tried the same.

When the man ignored the demand, the officer shot at him and killed him. His victim, who is believed to be a homeless person, was taken to a hospital and still in serious condition. The identities of the persons involved were not disclosed.

The family of a Texas Southern University freshman shot and killed outside his dorm in October sued the school Wednesday, arguing that security was too lax at the campus in a rough southeast Houston neighborhood.

Brent Randall, a freshman described by TSU President John Rudley described as "a beautiful young man, trying to get his life together," was one of two people shot outside the Courtyard Apartments in October. The shooting was one of four at TSU last fall.

Randall's family's lawsuit cites prior shootings on the campus as evidence that TSU "knew or reasonably should have known of the dangerous condition of the premises."

Rudley, who announced last year that he will leave TSU after his contract expires in August, has said the shootings on campus were a big reason why he decided to leave the school. He said that while the school has increased security, it can't afford to do everything it needs.

"I didn't want to wake up anymore and deal with -- 'We have lost another student or two,' " Rudley said, speaking to the Houston Chronicle editorial board about unrelated matters on Tuesday. "I woke up after the last one and said, 'Enough of this.' "

WEST PALM BEACH — The mother of a Roosevelt Elementary student who attacked the child’s 57-year-old teacher in December has been arrested on a charge of battery, according to Palm Beach County School District police.

An assistant state attorney said the teacher suffered a herniated disc in her neck and has not been back to school since the Dec. 17 incident. The school district confirmed she has not been back to school and was the teacher of Green’s child.

“To quote the victim, she ‘hasn’t been back into the school since she left on a stretcher,’ ” the attorney said.

Roosevelt Elementary Principal Sharonda Alleyne said it “was an unfortunate, isolated incident” that happened after school. She said the school notified parents so they were aware of the situation, and at no time were students in jeopardy.

The second-grade teacher was sitting at her desk Dec. 17 when a woman, later identified as Green, burst into her room yelling and acting out. Green allegedly asked the teacher what her problem was and threatened to “(expletive) your old (expletive) up.”

Before the teacher could get away, Green hit her on her neck and she blacked out, according to the report.

The teacher was taken to Good Samaritan Medical Center by West Palm Beach Fire Rescue, and Green was kept at the school to wait for police.

Green has previously been arrested for domestic battery and criminal mischief. She was never prosecuted in either of those cases

Douglas N. Reyes liked to greet people and extend a handshake to those who came his way — people he saw on the street, at the grocery store and in his neighborhood.

“He liked to say ‘hello’ to anyone,” said his father, also named Douglas Reyes.

The elder Reyes said his son’s friendly personality and inability to sense danger due to mental disabilities may be part of the reason he was randomly slain Monday. The younger Reyes was found fatally stabbed at a park near a Seabrook, Md., elementary school in what police have called an “unprovoked attack.”

Prince George’s County police on Tuesday announced the arrest of Alex James Jones, 31, in the killing of Reyes, 24. Jones has been charged with first- and second-degree murder.

Douglas Reyes said his son liked to go to the park at Gaywood Elementary School to play basketball, although he hadn’t been there in months after suffering a seizure in the street.

The younger Reyes was sitting on a bench near the basketball court before Jones approached and stabbed him several times shortly before 4 p.m., police said. Authorities pronounced Reyes dead at the scene.

Police have not detailed a motive in the case, but they said the men did not know each other and had arrived at the park separately.

An officer who responded to the park saw Jones near the scene after the stabbing and took him into custody, police said.

Douglas Reyes said his son graduated from DuVal High School a few years ago and had some physical and mental disabilities. He had some difficulties speaking and walking and couldn’t move one of his arms.

Cincinnati police arrested a man in connection with an aggravated robbery committed Sunday near a school in Over-the-Rhine.

Police said Torraine Reese, 34, robbed and shot a man in the leg around 8:30 p.m. in the 120 block of E. Clifton Ave., within 1000 feet of the Rothenberg Preparatory Academy.

On Monday, police obtained a warrant for his arrest. Reese was found about a block away from the shooting, still within 1000 feet of the school, with 14 grams of crack cocaine packaged and ready for sale, court documents state.

He is accused of drug possession, drug trafficking and aggravated robbery. Reese is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.

Police seek crook who stole phone from 9-year-old

Police spokesman Steve Linders says it happened around 3:20 p.m. Tuesday near the corner of Edmund Avenue and Grotto Street as the child waited for her sister's school bus. The girl told officers that a man ran up, grabbed her phone and yelled, "aha, I got your phone!" before sprinting off down the street.

"It's bad enough stealing someone's phone," Linders said, "but to steal it out of the hands of a 9-year-old girl is disgusting." He also called the act "despicable."

The suspect is described as an African American male, about 5 feet 9 inches tall with a medium build. He was wearing a black coat, black pants, and a black stocking cap with glasses. Police released a photo of the alleged thief in hopes someone would recognize him.

A suspect has been charged in the death of Jessica Chambers (http://heavy.com/news/2014/12/jessica-chambers-mississippi-girl-burned-alive-suspect-arrest/), the 19-year-old Mississippi woman burned to death in her small town in December 2014.
Quinton Verdell Tellis, (http://heavy.com/news/2016/02/jessica-chambers-murder-suspect-quinton-quint-tellis-photos-pictures-vice-lords-gang-facebook-gohard-criminal-record-felon-relationship-dating/) 27, was indicted on capital murder charges by a grand jury in Panola County, The Clarion-Ledger reports (http://www.clarionledger.com/story/news/2016/02/23/arrest-made-jessica-chambers-murder-case/80825562/). He is already in custody in Louisiana on an unrelated charge.
District Attorney John Champion announced the indictment Wednesday morning, saying Tellis, “was a suspect fairly early in this case. We continued to work on this case for quite a long time. We developed evidence in the fall that really led us to focus pretty seriously on him.”


The grand jury met Monday and Tuesday and returned the indictment. Champion said he will decide whether to pursue the death penalty and will talk with the Chambers’ family before a decision is made.
Chambers had lighter fluid forced up her nose and down her throat and was doused with gasoline before she was set on fire on December 6, 2014, in her hometown of Courtland, Mississippi. Tellis is also originally from Courtland.
She was found on a rural road next to her car, which was also burning. She was rushed to the hospital but died of thermal injuries.

Tellis is suspected in the murder of the woman whose credit card police say he was caught using illegally, KNOE-TV reported (http://www.knoe.com/home/headlines/Update-on-ULM-student--351793611.html)in November 2015. He has been in custody since August 2015.
Meing Chen Hsiao, a 34-year-old former University of Louisiana-Monroe exchange student, was found stabbed to death in her apartment that month. Tellis has not been charged in her death.
District Attorney John Champion said the process to have Tellis returned to Mississippi will begin with a “governor’s warrant.” The process could take four to six weeks. Champion said they do not expect to get him back to Mississippi until Louisiana is done prosecuting him.


2. Investigators Say He & Chambers Were in a Relationship Before Her Death
Quinton Tellis is eight years older than Chambers but is also from Courtland, Mississippi, and graduated from the same high school as she did. The newspaper reports that Tellis and Chambers were in a relationship in the weeks leading up to her death.
He was the last person to see her, sources told the newspaper.

Tellis was married in August 2015, around the same time of his arrest in Louisiana, according to his Facebook page, (https://www.facebook.com/qtellis)which is under the name Quint “GoHard” Tellis.
According to The Clarion-Ledger, (http://www.clarionledger.com/story/news/2016/02/23/arrest-made-jessica-chambers-murder-case/80825562/) he has a lengthy criminal record.
Tellis was convicted of residential burglary and fleeing a law enforcement officer in 2010, and was sentenced to five years in prison, but was released on probation that same year. He was arrested for violating his probation in 2010, and then for residential burglary in 2011. He was sentenced to four years in prison that time.
Tellis was released on probation in 2014 and then left Mississippi, absconding from supervision.
He also has been charged for domestic violence and assault, but never convicted, the newspaper reports.

ATLANTA - Police are investigating a shooting in downtown Atlanta late Wednesday night that left four people injured.

Investigators said a woman had her purse stolen at the popular restaurant J.R. Crickets and allegedly threatened to come back to the bar and "shoot the place up." The woman apparently made good on that promise, according to police, because shortly after gunshots were heard in the area.

Meanwhile, on the same block of Forsyth Street, a would-be robbery victim retaliated against a robber, firing at him.

Investigators are trying to figure out if the violence is connected to another scene around the corner on Peachtree, where a third person was found shot.

Police said a total of three people were rushed to Grady Memorial Hospital and a fourth victim drove himself to the hospital. All are expected to survive.


Detectives found two guns at the two scenes and a third gun was discovered just before 7 a.m. Thursday by news crews covering the shooting, which included FOX 5's Kaitlyn Pratt. The weapon, which was splattered with blood, was under a car and located when the vehicle drove away Thursday morning. The gun was hidden, which is why investigators didn't see it. Police said the late find would not affect their investigation.

The names of the victims and suspect information have not yet been released.

I think there is a cultural impact but there really seems to be a predisposition genetically to the savage nature.
