People claiming "freedom of religion" is BS. In Saudi Arabia, you can't even be a citizen if you aren't Muslim. Where is their "freedom of religion"? Furthermore, if you are born into a Muslim family, if you try to convert to Christianity, you are punished by death. LOL. Freedom of religion means nothing to them. Why are we talking about it here?

To allow Muslims into our country is exactly the OPPOSITE of freedom of religion. You want to take that freedom away from Catholics, Christians, Mormons, etc.

Islam is not a religion anymore, it's a theocracy, a political structure, and a culture. I heard that in Britain, Islamic men account for 2% of the population. That 2% is accountable for 90% of all the rapes on women in the whole entire country.

Tell that to the feminists here. Get ready to start covering your whole bodies, because if you don't, you are fair game for Islamic men who view you as property anyway. Heck their beloved prophet Mohammed had 11 wives, and hundreds of sex slaves. Women's rights...poof gone.

Hitch, I am having uncomfortable thoughts about "Freedom of Religion".

"Freedom of Religeon" usually means (on first thought) freedom to join any of the many christian denominations you wish - baptish, methodist, church of christ, etc., and, after a bit of thought, well, maybe catholics (and orthodox) too, but, one has to stretch uncomfortably far to include other non-christian sects under that "freedom of religeon" umbrella. Nobody wants to admit this, and I remember how I felt as a pre-teen when we kicked this around in my little circle - yeah, we finally, reluctantly, allowed that maybe buddahist and such could be included, but, we sure didn't like it and we were thinking we'd keep that down with immigration restrictions. The point is, people's deepest feelings about their fundamentals are not logical - not entirely, anyway, but, they like to wrap their innermost sentiments in a logical wardrobe and you will be very unpopular if you show them up for this primitive hypocrisy.

I'm betting that if Trump were to say something like we might "temporarily" restrict immigration to christians (of whatever denomination), he'd get the popular support of over 90% of the voting public - and nobody would want to hear any arguments about it, they'd just want him to go and do it already. I know I would and I'm not that much into religion - it would make me feel like our immigrants would be a better fit if they were already christians before they got here.

Posts like yours keep this website alive, and give us hope for the future. I believe you nailed it, if Trump restricted immigration, nobody would really fight it. The media would do their best to demonize Trump, but deep down people want to go to bed at night, and sleep in peace.

You can't sleep in peace, when immigrants, the very people you are trying to help...want to rape and kill you.

I am very much into freedoms. That includes Religion. I'm not that religious, to be honest. But, Islam wants those freedoms gone. Our Country, Our Constitution, defies Islam. If we believe in that, we defy Islam. Do we bend over now? What do we do?

Hitch theres a point in time that you take up a weapon and dispose of the perpetrator.
Christianity is against rape and all rapists are to be put to death. Killing someone just because you (an islamist for example) dont like what they said....is murder.
All murderers are to be put to death and any good Christian will do the duty to keep the faith.
