It was one of the main tenets in support for the removal of Assad, apparently those sins were forgiven? Someone posted earlier that Russia was using cluster bombs across Syria, all in all its seems to depend on where/who you use internationally banned weapons. Its o.k. to do on in Islamic state then investigate them so they cannot do to you any equal eye pulling.
