Isn’t the subtext underlying these decisions a belief that Whites are so wonderful, so smart, so beautiful, so caring and good, and so vastly superior that extensive contact with Whites will have a transformative effect on the blacks and browns once Whites are forced to associate with them? Seriously, how could the liberal, integrationist White justices possibly have believed or felt anything else – or entertained any other subtext that could justify such a decision? http://www.toqonline.com/blog/social-isolation-effects/
