I have seen a lot and done a lot but today I actually got sick to my stomach reading the world news, get ready NOW for a wild ride.....from the Middle East the US everything is going to hell.....and all because of the US under order of the Zionist state of Israel who controls our government.......the spark that will start devolution (revolution) or a war is about to start in different places. Get ready to make your LAST run to the stores in order to obtain all that you will need for a very LONG time.

I know, I have been there and seen it.

Ponce, I live about 90 miles from Dallas in a teenincy very old rodeo-type township (population 650), but, the stores nearby are jammed packed with goods to sell (WalMart and Brookshires) and there are customers galore. If I drive a half an hour towards bigD it gets ridiculous with thick traffic as if everybody is in a hurry to get somewhere RIGHT NOW!

I just don't see what is looming, although I realize things can happen suddenly and without warning. But for now, things are really abuzz here in the Dallas area and the stores are overflowing with merchandise. Trying to find a parking spot at the closest Sam's or Costco, after becoming a nervious wreck just getting there, is a trick all unto itself. And inside the stores is a bit of a madhouse - I feel sorry for the workers there as they don't have a minute to rest - busy running here and running there. The ones checking your receipt as you exit got the easiest jobs in the store, and they are on their feet continuosly (my feet ache just thinking about their plight).

Maybe I'm just getting too old for my own good. I do like my rocking recliner (I jimmied it so that it still rocks with the footrest pulled up)- tell me a good story so I can doze off serenely.

You're right, Mick - I see very little cash (folding FRN's) - I use a card and I assume others got some kind of a card they are using.

Texas is rockin because there are 9 million Mexicans there and the bankers are pouring money in wherever there is race-mixing going on. People are at each others throats trying to get their share of the money that's pouring in.

Here in the Missoula area, there are no Mexicans, no jobs, no money, no loans, no crime, no graffiti and no problems. You can even find a parking space at China-Mart. Most people are even too poor to have internet so they don't have a clue what's going on, although many don't like it.
But this region has been poor for 25 years so people don't worship the church of materialism. They manage to squeeze by somehow and everybody gets along.

I live in a quiet area. Shopping stores are moderately busy. The buyers are more than 50% funded by govt subsidies. Take away the EBT cards and the place would be like a ghost town.

But the cause of the troubles is the God-less-ness of the people. There is a wave of evil that has been increasingly sweeping over the world. You can't blame the jews or anything else. It is the choice of the people. Are they deceived? Hell yes... but they do not have a love for the truth so this is the only other option.

Around 2005-2007, I stumbled upon the original GIM. I was a typical Amerifat; in debt, carelessly using my credit cards, paying the minimum each month, only concerned with the latest gadget/trend, etc. One of the dominate themes on GIM was to have ZERO debt, never use credit cards unless absolutely necessary, get rid of them if you don't need them, pay for everything in cash, and obviously purchase PM.

I'm so glad I followed that advice way back then. Sure, living debt free and only paying for what you can afford is challenging and requires discipline. But life is so much simpler and I'm amazed at how little I actually need to get by. Right now, I'm snowed in again, and the only thing I care about is my fire and my wood supply. However, I will admit that Shami has gotten me interested in some of these wild video games ...

I knew a guy 15 years ago who used to be a bigwig in the American Nazi Party in the 80's. He told me he bought rice and beans and other long term survival foods back then and it all went bad. The fact is, it always seems like "IT" is just right around the corner.

This current thread by Ponce reminds me of that Gulf Oil Spill timeframe when Ponce posted "MILLIONS WILL DIE" so K-OS took heed and fled her Gulf house in a motorhome.

Don't forget the solar cycle, its out of this world but also doomed in the foreseeable future.

Whatever happened to K-os?

I have no idea, it was nothing to do with our meeting, I was just kidding around.

I remember asking where she got to once through pm, there was no reply.
