I have not seen any great change, but I'm only around 10d above the equator.

What I have noticed is that the seasons overall are at least a month delayed the last few years,

We don't start winter until end of December and it ends in late April into middle of May or early June.

Well, like I said before......I did sleep all night and part of the next night (don't know how) and that was my mix up, sorry guys.

Time for a CPAP (or BiPAP). Not a big deal and makes a big difference.

My VA Dr wanted to give me some sso that I didn't have to get up so much.....that would be opening the doors to more drugs, no way in hell......the only thing that I take is a pain pill for my shoulder and knee, once in a blue moon.

CPAP is a constant pressure on the nasal passages. BiPAP senses lack of breathing and doubles the pressure to cause your lungs to fill with air. Depending on which system is diagnosed sleep can be uninterrupted for a full 8 hours and blood pressure can drop significantly. Not getting a full nights sleep sucks and is hazardous to the health.
