It looks like the suburb being built in the late 60's in my hometown. They put all immigrants, criminals and alcoholics on welfare in there... I lived there for one year or so, when it was new around '69-70, but I was too young to remember it, at that time it was considered a cool place to live, I have heard, allready in the early 80's it had a bad rep...
