Much has been made of the questionable actions and connections (http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/foreign-governments-gave-millions-to-foundation-while-clinton-was-at-state-dept/2015/02/25/31937c1e-bc3f-11e4-8668-4e7ba8439ca6_story.html) held by Clinton’s foundation enterprise over the last year.[1] Many allegations have been made but what is entirely undebatable is the fact that the Bill, Hillary, and Chelsea Clinton Foundation works closely with Wall Street banks and is also heavily funded by them. As Ellen Simon ofInvestopedia sums up (http://www.investopedia.com/articles/investing/030415/hillary-clintons-wall-street-ties.asp),
Bill Clinton started a public health non-profit in 2002 that has since grown into The Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation. The Clinton Global Initiative, which holds forums for international leaders, was separately incorporated from the foundation in 2010 at the request of the Obama Administration (https://www.clintonfoundation.org/about/annual-financial-reports) while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State.[2] After she stepped down as secretary of state, the two funds were reunited (http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/clintons-raised-nearly-2-billion-for-foundation-since-2001/2015/02/18/b8425d88-a7cd-11e4-a7c2-03d37af98440_story.html?hpid=z1).[3]
The Clinton Global Initiative discloses its donors by range, not by specific amount. Barclays Capital, Citi Foundation and Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund have all given the Clinton’s foundation between $1 million and $5 million (https://www.clintonfoundation.org/contributors?category=%241%2C000%2C001+to+%245%2C0 00%2C000).[4] Bank of America Foundation, Barclays PLC, Citigroup Inc., McKinsey & Company and UBS Wealth Management USA have given between $500,000 and $1 million (https://www.clintonfoundation.org/contributors?category=%241%2C000%2C001+to+%245%2C0 00%2C000Deutsche%20Bank%20AG,%20Deutsche%20Bank%20 Americas,%20Goldman%20Sachs%20Philanthropy%20Fund, ).[5] Meanwhile, Deutsche Bank AG, Deutsche Bank Americas, Goldman Sachs Philanthropy Fund and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Global Impact Funding Trust Inc. have all given between $251,000 and $500,000. The Clinton Foundation(s) are notoriously mercurial. Funding comes in and funding goes out but no one is ever that clear on the details of where it came from, where it is going, and/or what it is being used for. Labeled an “atypical business model (http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/article/2564332)” by “charity watchdog” group Charity Navigator, the Clinton Foundation has earned its position on the list of “suspicious charities.”[7]
As Hotair.com wrote (http://hotair.com/archives/2015/05/30/pelosi-yeah-hillarys-going-to-have-to-explain-the-clinton-foundation-shenanigans/), the Clinton Foundation had a “pass-through rate in 2013 [that] was a scandalous 6.4%, and during Hillary Clinton’s tenure at State it averaged somewhere around 15%. At least 60% of the foundation’s income goes to pay administrative costs, and in at least one year they spent as much on private and first-class air travel as they did in programmatic grants.”[8]
Aside from its known donations from Wall Street, however, the Clinton Foundation – during Hillary Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State – was a documented and undoubtable national security risk. This is because of the money – much of it hidden – was being received by not only industrial, banking, and corporate interests but also by foreign governments at a time when the executor of that foundation had an open door of communication with the US Secretary of State. In this instance, that open door of communication was no less than the husband of the Secretary of State. In other words, the Foundation likely served as a conduit for funds provided by foreign governments that would have seen the Secretary of State directly benefit financially from those donations.
Consider the report provided by James V. Grimaldi and Rebecca Ballhaus of The Wall Street Journal (http://www.wsj.com/articles/foreign-government-gifts-to-clinton-foundation-on-the-rise-1424223031) who reveal the donations received from six foreign governments by the Clinton Foundation. Grimaldi and Ballhaus write,
The Clinton Foundation has dropped its self-imposed ban on collecting funds from foreign governments and is winning contributions at an accelerating rate, raising ethical questions as Hillary Clinton ramps up her expected bid for the presidency.
Recent donors include the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Australia, Germany and a Canadian government agency promoting the Keystone XL pipeline. . . .
United Arab Emirates, a first-time donor, gave between $1 million and $5 million in 2014, and the German government—which also hadn’t previously given—contributed between $100,000 and $250,000.
A previous donor, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has given between $10 million and $25 million since the foundation was created in 1999. Part of that came in 2014, although the database doesn’t specify how much.
The Australian government has given between $5 million and $10 million, at least part of which came in 2014. It also gave in 2013, when its donations fell in the same range.
Qatar’s government committee preparing for the 2022 soccer World Cup gave between $250,000 and $500,000 in 2014. Qatar’s government had previously donated between $1 million and $5 million.[9]
Oman, which had made a donation previously, gave an undisclosed amount in 2014. Over time, Oman has given the foundation between $1 million and $5 million. Prior to last year, its donations fell in the same range.

The Washington Post’s Jennifer Rubin expands on the report in her article entitled “Foreign Donations To Foundation Raise Major Ethical Questions For Hillary Clinton,” (https://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/right-turn/wp/2015/02/18/foreign-donations-to-hillary-clintons-foundation-raise-major-ethical-questions/) where she states,
The foundation of course provides luxury travel (http://www.politico.com/story/2014/11/clinton-foundation-travel-expenses-113053.html) for Hillary Clinton and her spouse, a high-visibility platform and access to mega-donors.[10] She is beholden in a meaningful sense to its donors. No presidential candidate can justify a conflict of interest of this magnitude; it is not merely the appearance of conflict but actual conflict of interest.
If former Virginia governor Bob McDonnell (R) might go to jail for receiving lavish gifts for a donor for whom he made a few phone calls, what would be the remedy if, once in office, Hillary Clinton extended her office not only to make calls but also to approve policy and financial arrangements worth billions back to these countries? How will the American people ever be satisfied we are getting her undivided loyalty? No matter how much she protests, her judgment would be questioned as influenced by gratitude toward the foundation’s wealthy patrons. And, of course, a president cannot recuse himself or herself from dealings, so there is no practical way to avoid the conflict.
It is bad enough when Clinton takes gobs of money in speaking fees from Goldman Sachs (http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/362637/hillary-clintons-lucrative-goldman-sachs-speaking-gigs-alec-torres), oil and chemical companies, and other titans of industry — although that, too, raises the potential for conflicts of interest.[11] But a foreign government should never have any claim on the loyalty of a U.S. president, which is why foreign donations directly to a campaign are illegal. We cannot give her a pass simply because her entity is a “foundation,” not a PAC or campaign entity.[12]

Yet the initial reports only told part of the story. These six countries were not the only national governments who donated money to the Clinton Foundation. Other donations came rolling in from China and donors who were also closely connected to Chinese intelligence.

A CBS News investigation has found that at least one foreign company with close ties to its government has been giving generously to the foundation run by Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton.
Since its founding, the Clinton Foundation (http://www.cbsnews.com/news/bill-clinton-defends-f...) has invested millions each year for work in fighting AIDS and empowering women, but its recent uptick in donations from foreign governments has been raising questions about the potential influence on Hillary Clinton, as she gets ready to run for president.
The foundation has raised at least $42 million from foreign governments – and according to an analysis by CBS News – at least $170 million from foreign entities and individuals.
One donor – Rilin Enterprises- pledged $2 million in 2013 to the Clinton Foundation’s endowment. The company is a privately-held Chinese construction and trade conglomerate and run by billionaire Wang Wenliang, who is also a delegate to the Chinese parliament. Public records show the firm has spent $1.4 million since 2012, lobbying Congress and the State Department. The firm owns a strategic port along the border with North Korea and was also one of the contractors that built the Chinese embassy in Washington.
That contract is a direct tie to the Chinese government, according to Jim Mann (http://james-mann.com/books/), who has written several books on China’s relationship with the U.S.[13]

This donation is significant not only because of conflict of interest allegations and lobbying efforts but also because foreign governments tend to rely on companies that have close domestic intelligence connections (http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/clinton-foundation-got-2-million-from-firm-linked-to-chinese-intelligence/article/2561577) when deciding who builds embassies overseas.[14]
Of course, no foreign source of donation to an American political or government official would be complete without sizeable donations from the Israelis and the Israel lobby.
Although not an official emissary of the Israeli government, Haim Saban, a billionaire of “dual-citizenship” and an open Zionist, donated millions to the Clinton Foundation during Hillary’s tenure as Secretary of State.

Weeks after Hillary Clinton became secretary of state, the State Department objected to a proposed consultancy arrangement offered to Bill Clinton by media mogul Haim Saban, citing concerns about conflict of interest. Nevertheless, public records show that Saban’s nonprofit gave millions to the Clinton Foundation throughout Hillary Clinton’s tenure.
Saban, a billionaire best known for creating Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, has dual U.S.-Israeli citizenship and has spent heavily to support Israel. “His greatest concern, he says, is to protect Israel, by strengthening the United States-Israel relationship,” The New Yorker noted in a 2010 profile of Saban. At a conference in Israel, the article said, Saban had outlined three methods for influencing American politics: “make donations to political parties, establish think tanks, and control media outlets.”
Again Saban’s foreign-policy activism did not escape the attention of the State Department. The agency’s designated ethics adviser, James H. Thessin, wrote in a memo that his objection to the proposed consultancy was “based on the fact that Haim Saban, a founder of this entity, is actively involved in foreign affairs issues, particularly with regards to the Middle East, which is a priority area for the Secretary.”
Thessin’s memo, one of 1,017 pages of records obtained by Judicial Watch, was the only instance in which the Department of State objected to one of Bill Clinton’s proposed speaking engagements or consultancy agreements.
Yet between 2009 and 2013, as Hillary Clinton served as secretary of state, the Saban Family Foundation paid the Clinton Foundation more than $7 million, and listed $30.5 million in “grants and contributions approved for future payment,” according to nonprofit records filed with the Internal Revenue Service.
The donations accepted by the Clinton Foundation, while duplicitous on a number of different levels were often done with the approval of the Obama White House. However, even with the pathetic and weak rules imposed on the Foundation by the Obama administration, the organization managed to run afoul of the agreement (http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/foreign-governments-gave-millions-to-foundation-while-clinton-was-at-state-dept/2015/02/25/31937c1e-bc3f-11e4-8668-4e7ba8439ca6_story.html).[15] [16]

Thus, it is reasonable to ask now whether Hillary Clinton is not only beholden to major corporations and banks residing inside the United States, but whether she is also beholden to foreign governments?

The Saban Family Foundation and Haim Saban declined National Review’s request for comment and would not answer questions about how much they had given to the Clinton Foundation while Mrs. Clinton was secretary of state. The Clinton Foundation lists donations from “Cheryl and Haim Saban & The Saban Family Foundation” in the $10 million to $25 million range. Since 2009, Hillary and Bill Clinton have both given speeches at Saban Family Foundation forums. Then–secretary of state Clinton delivered a major policy address on Israel at one such forum. And in 2013, Saban’s wife, Cheryl, joined the Clinton Foundation’s board. The Clinton campaign was similarly unresponsive to National Review’s e-mailed requests for comment. Saban has been a longtime friend and supporter of the Clintons, also donating more than $12 million to Democrats since 2002, according to the Center for Responsive Politics. He was a major fundraiser for Hillary Clinton’s previous presidential campaign, and in addition to giving to the Clinton Foundation, he has also donated around $5 million to the Clinton Library. Speeches Prove Boon for Family FinancesWall Street has also played a role in helping the Clintons rebuild their personal finances. Obama and clinton redefine the word “Treason”.

On January 31, 2016, I had Paul Preston as my first hour guest on The Common Sense Show. Preston has a strong reputation as a hard-hitting investigative reporter who is an expert on Agenda 21 issues.


In our opening segment Preston and myself reviewed what it really behind the theft of weapons grade uranium off of rancher lands in the west. This is part and parcel part of the plot to empty the rural areas of any semblance of human settlement and force all rural residents, including ranchers, to move to the “stack and pack” cities of the present and the future. Meanwhile, in the transitional period, the BLM and the EPA have moved to steal as many mineral assets from rancher and farmer lands as possible and turn the profits over to their elite cronies (e.g Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama). Hence, the Bundy Ranch and the Hammond Ranch et al affairs, are the poster-children events for this depraved indifference to welfare of this nation.


According to Preston, America is only seeing the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the mafia-style operation presently being carried out by the BLM. For example, what is not being reported is that when Cliven Bundy was fighting for his ranch, 51 of 52 of his rancher neighbors had already been forced off of their land by the BLM. Why have you not heard of it? Because the MSM refuses to cover these events.

Other than The Common Sense Show’s coverage of BLM abuse of ranchers and farmers in the West, have you read any other accounts that 19 counties in Northern California and Southern Oregon are actively petitioning to leave their respective states and form the State of Jefferson, with the goal of forming a 51ststate, called the State of Jefferson, for the express purpose of warding off the BLM and the EPA? The reasons behind the formation of the State of Jefferson is precisely why Ammon Bundy went to Burns, Oregon in order to force this issue into the courts where it could be exposed for all to see. Please forgive me for raining on Ammon’s parade. Although I admire the courage of this group of patriots, I feel their true message will obscured by a corrupt judiciary as it was following the Waco debacle. Time will tell and I sincerely hope that I am wrong.


Paul Preston opened our interview with the statement “Agenda 21 is about grabbing land. Americans are gaining a working knowledge of Agenda 21”.


Preston acknowledged that not only is Hillary Clinton benefiting from the theft of mineral resources from the land of American ranchers, so is Barack Obama. Many of the kick backs from the profits derived from this illegal and treasonous slush fund is directly applied to the funding of terrorism. For example, Obama paid for al-Qaeda to murder the leaders of Libya during their Obama funded revolution because they would not bow to the pressure to establish a Rockefeller-Rothschild international bank.


According to Preston’s deep cover sources, The ill-gotten gains from BLM/EPA fiascoes are funneled to other projects such as hiring terrorist, many of them al-Qaeda to kill ambassador Stephens at Benghazi. Preston’s investigative work was so outstanding, that he was invited to attend the premier of 13 Hours. It was that Preston met even more deep cover informants whose knowledge added to the conspiracy that the Obama administration is completely in bed with terrorist and is involved in the creation and the management of these groups and this runs contrary to the best interests of the people of the United States.

As an Army Special Operations Officer, Scott Bennett served in the G.W. Bush Administration from 2003 to 2008, and was a Social Science Research Fellow at the Heritage Foundation. His writings and lectures seek to enhance global awareness and understanding of modern psychological warfare, the international military-intelligence community, and global surveillance operations being artificially generated under the specter of “National Security”. Scott Bennett had his finger on the pulse of the power centers of the United States, and what he saw shook him to his core.


Scott Bennett was my guest on Sunday night, May 3, 2015, on The Common Sense Show. At least he was supposed to be my guest until both the servers and the live stream feeds, which are housed three thousand miles apart, were taken down by an unknown source. Fortunately, we were still heard by phone, but that was all. Scott Bennett is an expert on terrorism and the moment we got too deeply into the topic, somebody pulled the plug on our satellite provider, in multiple locations. However, the interview was preserved on our archives and is available for listening. What the bad guys must not realize that about 40 times more people listen to the archives than the live broadcast. If you recall, my first attempt to interview Ammon Bundy was met with the same type of interference. Bennett has written extensively on the intelligence community’s surveillance activities addressed by Edward Snowden’s National Security Agency-Central Intelligence Agency materials; and since 2010, Bennett has filed numerous military-government whistle-blowing reports with Congressional Committees, including: the Intelligence, the Armed Services, the Government Oversight and Reform, the Homeland Security, the Judiciary, the Foreign Affairs, the Banking, and the Terrorism Committees. He has communicated with over a hundred Federal representatives, Senators, senior military officers and Pentagon officials, and journalists about the scandalous abuses of power and deception being employed against the American people by its own military-intelligence community; and the most damning report brought into the public sector occurred when he filed legal action against Booz Allen Hamilton and the Department of Defense for their involvement in secret Swiss Bank Terrorist Finance Operations, in which he uncovered with the help of Union Bank of Switzerland whistleblower, Brad Birkenfeld a massive terrorist funding program. We know that ISIS got its “beginnings” from U.S. military equipment deliberately left behind in Iraq. Bennett and I both agree that to leave unsecured weapons on a former battlefield was undoubtedly an intentional act because of the strict military protocols against such a practice. Again, he views ISIS, which is a hybrid terrorist organization, as the artificial creation of the CIA and the Mossad in a joint operation. Ultimately, chasing ISIS into Syria will result in Russian intervention and World War III. But first, we have to contend with ISIS on our doorstep, only 8 miles from El Paso. This is the quintessential false flag cover in which they hope to convince most of America to accept martial law out of ignorance to the role that the CIA and its allies will have played in the event. In April of 2015, I noted, in several media outlets the New York Times that a Russian front company, Uranium One, operating out of Canada, was a beneficiary of the BLM’s land grabs from ranchers and farmers in the American West. In the New York Times story, the undeniable fact was established that Hillary Clinton was a major participant in this plot to sell the stolen uranium to the Russians. Do I have to spell it out for you. Hillary Clinton was a major participant in selling the Russians uranium which could be turned into nuclear bombs to use against the United States.


I subsequently wrote another article where I compared Hillary Clinton to the infamous Ethel Rosenburg and demonstrated, in the article, how Clinton’s actions were even more egregious that Rosenburg’s because Rosenburg was convicted of selling nuclear “know-how” while this major mainstream media outlet was convinced that Clinton was directly involved and was a beneficiary of the sale nuclear grade weapons uranium to our enemy. In return, Uranium One’s payoffs to Clinton, in one way or another, ended up helping to fund her 2016 presidential campaign. Interestingly, as Ethel Rosenburg was executed for her treason, Hillary Clinton finds herself more financially enriched as a result of her blatant treason.


Interestingly, as I took a greater interest in the Russian’s involvement in Clinton’s run for the Presidency, the Russians took a greater interest in my website. As I have begun to give this treasonous event the attention that it deserves, the number of Russian based hits on my website have increased over 1,000% on a daily basis. Katy Whelan, the health reporter for The Common Sense Show, is receiving a similar spike from the Russians during this same time frame.

Bob Chapman


The late Bob Chapman had this information connected to the depravity and financial conspiracies connected to the Obama administration. Chapman connected these dots with the Gulf oil explosion in April of 2010.


On April 20, 2010, the President had all of his money in Vanguard Investments (Vanguard I and Vanguard II). Vanguard was the biggest dumper of BP funds by volume by a long shot just weeks before the oil spill [Vanguard Windsor II Investor (-1,371,785)]. This adds President Obama to the list of suspected co-conspirators and maybe this explains why Obama, the EPA and the FDA were so quick to announce that the Gulf had bounced back and was “open for business.”


The top five dumping institutions of BP stock just prior to the spill included Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. (-4,680,822), Wachovia Bank National Association (-2,667,419) and it is important to note that Wachovia is a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, thus, making this one tight little family of co-conspirators. We also see massive dumping of Sanders Capital, LLC (-1,371,785) and Pnc Bank, National Association( -1,177,413) brings noted globalist George Soros (http://www.bizjournals.com/dayton/search?q=Bank+of+New+England+Corp.) into the conspiracy as well. Soros will become a central figure when the motives underlying the Gulf oil spill are unveiled in the next installment of this event.


The late Bob Chapman, while appearing the Alex Jones Show, revealed that Obama’s only asset holder , Vanguard I and Vanguard II, dramatically sold off BP stock only few weeks before Gulf oil explosion (does anyone else now see the extreme relevance of Goldman Sachs’ relationship with the media in a “hear no evil, see no evil and report no evil,” atmosphere?).

Following the Gulf oil explosion, I wrote a seven part series I entitled The Great Gulf Coast Holocaust. I was able to confirm every word spoken by Bob Chapman on this event. The net effect is that Obama profited from the demise of the Gulf ecology from this contrived event which served to profit Goldman Sachs, Transocean and Haliburton. Obama profited tens of millions of dollars from this event.

Aside from “the establishment,” there is no bigger boogeyman in the 2016 election than the dreaded “Goldman Sachs.”
“The establishment” is a bipartisan Freddie Krueger, haunting the dreams of people whose only knowledge of the term is an abstract notion spun by those selling something. Goldman Sachs, on the other hand, is a tangible company, a legal company, but perhaps more demonized on the left than anything this side of the Koch Brothers.

If you’re inclined to think “Wall Street” is robbing you blind, invoking Goldman Sacks is enough to make you grab a pitchfork. That’s why its name has become a pejorative attack term.

Of course, Goldman Sachs is just one of many investment banks in the world. But saying so-and-so is “the candidate of Deutsche Bank” would only confuse some Democratic primary voters into thinking they were talking about a lesser-known Bond villain. So Goldman Sachs it is.

The candidate of Goldman Sachs, without any question, is Hillary Clinton. Clinton earned $675,000 for three – count ‘em, THREE – speeches to various branches of the company. The CEO of Goldman, Lloyd Blankfein, and his wife are Clinton supporters – she has maxed out to her campaign and he’s on board, too, though he won’t say it publicly because he doesn’t want to hurt her chances (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wMCiaEU1MVs).

This is nothing new. During her Senate career, Goldman was second only to Citigroup (https://www.opensecrets.org/politicians/contrib.php?cid=N00000019&cycle=Career) when it came to campaign cash for Hillary Clinton. JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, even Lehman Brothers also were among Clinton’s biggest patrons.

So when Bernie Sanders calls Clinton the candidate of Wall Street, he’s not lying.

Hillary, naturally, denies this charge. She says she’s never changed her positions based on who gives her campaign donations. This may be true. But campaign contributions generally aren’t just to “get things done.” Often times they are to stop things from getting done. To hold government at bay.

In her time in Washington, Hillary Clinton has talked a good game about the evils of the wealthy and Wall Street. But what has she done about it?

Sometimes you pay someone to do something, sometimes you pay someone not to.
The charge of being the “candidate of Wall Street” got Hillary angrier in Thursday night’s debate than she’s been since she was railing against President George W. Bush (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NJxmpTMGhU0). The mere suggestion that nearly three-quarters of a million dollars for a couple of hours of talking could have any influence on her was akin to suggesting she kicked puppies for fun.


Indignant, Clinton said nothing could be further from the truth. That employees of a large investment firm wanted only to hear
her regale them with tales of the raid that killed bin Laden – which she was, at best, tangentially involved in.


So Hillary’s defense is this story – the unclassified parts of which were readily available publicly – was so compelling that Goldman Sachs employees needed to hear it three separate times? Or three separate divisions of Goldman decided they must hear it for themselves?

Maybe her first speech rippled through the firm like layoff rumors and others couldn’t resist the siren call of the account of vague details and listening to radio traffic. Doubtful.


When companies plunk down huge sums for a speech it isn’t to entertain their employees.

Hillary, of course, could end any speculation on the subject by releasing the transcripts from her speeches. But, in traditional Clinton style, the gatekeeper of that information (her), after promising to “look into it” in front of a crowd, is now refusing to do it (http://www.nytimes.com/politics/first-draft/2016/02/05/hillary-clintons-campaign-resists-releasing-transcripts-from-goldman-speeches/?_r=1) away from television cameras.

Why? Because when companies hire speakers, they tend to want them to say something relevant to their industry and favorable about their company. It’s highly likely Hillary Clinton sang the praises of Goldman Sachs, investment firms and Wall Street in general.



She could’ve gotten away once with telling them they’re the root of all our economic ills and pure evil, but not two more times. If companies wanted to pay a lot of money to be told they’re awful, they’d hire Don Rickles for a lot less money and a lot more laughs.

So why won’t Hillary release the transcripts? Because the contents of those speeches would be damaging to her narrative that she’ll “stand up to Wall Street.” You can’t “stand up” when you’re on the record bowing down.
So what did Goldman Sachs get for its $675,000, plus huge campaign contributions? For one, you can rest assured when it calls, she answers. Although, as a private citizen, she wasn’t in any position to help them at the time, there was no doubt she was running for president. Hillary claims she wasn’t sure she would run then, but the Washington Post was (https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/plans-for-ucla-visit-give-rare-glimpse-into-hillary-clintons-paid-speaking-career/2014/11/26/071eb0cc-7593-11e4-bd1b-03009bd3e984_story.html). As was everyone else on the planet.

Goldman Sachs paid a friend, a powerful friend, mostly to leave it alone should Hillary ever find herself in a position to truly upset the apple cart. What she says to get votes, as is the case with most politicians, is irrelevant.

Or course, all of this is unprovable. Clinton is corrupt but not stupid. Presidents can find all manner of reasons to oppose legislation that have nothing to do with the purported purpose of a bill.

The assurance there will be no serious, dogged follow-up questions or investigative reporters dispatched to uncover the content of those speeches is a given.

So we’re left with Hillary receiving a huge sum of money to talk for a short while on topics we’re left to speculate about. One thing I’d like to know is why she charged UCLA $300,000 for a “20- to 30-minute speech.” And when the school asked for “the public university” reduced rate, they were told that was the reduced rate for schools.

So why did she charge UCLA more than Goldman Sachs? Does she care more for investment banks than colleges? Or was it all those campaign contributions?

Maybe it was just the benefits of friendship.

Shut It Down: The Clinton Foundation Is Too Corrupt to Exist

A sampler from one of the most brazen scams going.


In December 2008, Bruce Lindsey, the Chief Executive Officer of the Clinton Foundation, and Valerie Jarrett, co-chairman of the Obama-Biden Transition Team, signed a memorandum of understanding (http://images.politico.com/global/2015/02/24/us_dept_of_state.html) that the activities of the Clinton Foundation would not “create conflicts or the appearance of conflicts for Senator Clinton as Secretary of State.”


During Secretary Clinton’s tenure, at least 181 individuals, companies, and foreign governments (http://www.vox.com/2015/4/28/8501643/Clinton-foundation-donors-State) gave money to the Clinton Foundation while officially lobbying the State Department.


From 2001 to 2015, the Clinton Foundation raised (https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/clintons-raised-nearly-2-billion-for-foundation-since-2001/2015/02/18/b8425d88-a7cd-11e4-a7c2-03d37) over $2 billion in donations. From February 2001 to May 2015, Bill Clinton gave 637 speeches and made $132,021,691 in speaking fees alone. Hillary gave 92 speeches from February 2013 to March 2015. She was paid $21,648,000. While the Clintons made speeches to Goldman Sachs and Citigroup, it was the foreign donations to the Clinton Foundation (http://www.cnn.com/2016/02/05/politics/hillary-clinton-bill-clinton-paid-speeches/) that were the most disturbing.


In 13 speeches (http://nypost.com/2015/04/20/book-claims-foreign-cash-made-bill-and-hillary-filthy-rich/), Bill made at least $500,000. Eleven of those speeches occurred when Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State (2009-2013). All eleven of those speeches were delivered (http://www.politifact.com/punditfact/statements/2015/apr/26/peter-schweizer/fact-checking-clinton-cash-author-claim-about-bill/) outside of the United States, including Russia and China.


Since people don’t give that kind of money for nothing in return, the question is did these donors get pay for play immediately when Hillary was Secretary of State or did they expect something only if Hillary was elected president? In his 2015 book Clinton Cash, author Peter Schweizer argues that foreign donors have already received a return on their investment when Hillary was Secretary of State through Bill Clinton’s speaking fees and donations to the Clinton Foundation.


Russia: While people question things that Trump has said about Putin, it is Hillary Clinton that encouraged U.S. technology firms, including Clinton Foundation donors Cisco, Intel, and Google, to do business with Russia.


As Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton attempted a reset with Russia. One of the more interesting ideas was to create a Russian Silicon Valley in Skolkovo, which is just outside of Moscow. The idea was that Russia needed to modernize its economy and not rely so much on oil revenues.


Instead of helping Russians modernize their economy, Russian oligarch Viktor Vekselberg, and other Russian donors to the Clinton Foundation, used this project to improve Russian military technology. Despite repeated warnings of Russians developing hypersonic cruise-missile engines, new radar equipment, and acquiring other sensitive technology from the West, the State Department did not threaten (http://www.wsj.com/articles/the-clinton-foundation-state-and-kremlin-connections-1469997195) to pull these companies out of the project if the Russians didn’t stop using Skolkovo for military research.


The most disturbing case from Schweizer’s book is that Rosatom, a state-owned Russian company, now controls one fifth of America’s uranium reserves. The purchase of Uranium One by Salida Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rosatom, had to be approved by the State Department among other government entities.


When Hillary Clinton became Secretary of State, Bill Clinton signed a disclosure agreement that required the State Department to approve all his speeches as well as annually provide a detailed list of donors to each of the legal entities inside the Clinton Foundation. If the Clinton Foundation was more transparent, it is highly unlikely the deal would have gone through.


The reason why is because Frank Giustra, a Canadian billionaire, with mining interests all over world, set up a separate legal entity, the Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership. Amy Davidson wrote (http://www.newyorker.com/news/amy-davidson/five-questions-about-the-clintons-and-a-uranium-company) in the New Yorker, “Money given to the Canadian entity goes exclusively to the foundation. Per an agency agreement, all of its work is done by the foundation, too.” Since all of the donations of this Canadian nonprofit went straight (http://www.bloomberg.com/politics/articles/2015-04-29/clinton-foundation-failed-to-disclose-1-100-foreign-donations) to the Clinton Foundation, it is problematic that the Clinton Foundation did not disclose 1,100 donors to this nonprofit.


This Canadian “charity” shielded donors from disclosure requirements. The total money from these donors was $33 million including $2.35 million from Ian Telfer, the chairman of Uranium One. Telfer used his family charity, the Fernwood Foundation, to send the money to the Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership. This money was bundled (http://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/30/us/politics/canadian-partnership-shielded-identities-of-donors-to-clinton-foundation.html) and eventually sent to the Clinton Foundation.
At the same time, Bill Clinton received a lucrative speaking fee while this deal was underway. According to the New York Times (http://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/24/us/cash-flowed-to-clinton-foundation-as-russians-pressed-for-control-of-uranium-company.html?_r=0), “And shortly after the Russians announced their intention to acquire a majority stake in Uranium One, Mr. Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock.”


Kazakhstan: Clinton’s adventures with Frank Giustra didn’t begin with Russia. In 2005, Clinton went with Giustra to Kazakhstan to meet with President Nursultan Nazarbayev. Giustra’s obvious connections with Clinton clearly made an impression on the Kazakh dictator.


Two days after this meeting, Kazakhstan’s state-owned company, Kazatomprom, gave Giustra’s company the right to buy three uranium projects in the country. A few months later, Giustra returned the favor (http://www.nytimes.com/2008/01/31/us/politics/31donor.html) to Clinton by donating $31.3 million to the Clinton Foundation.


In 2006, Frank Giustra described his relationship with Clinton saying (http://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2006/09/18/the-wanderer-3), “He’s a brand, a worldwide brand, and he can do things and ask for things that no one else can.”


Colombia: This could explain why Giustra allowed the Clinton Foundation to use his private jet on 26 trips from 2005 to 2014. Clinton and Giustra were on the plane for 13 of those 26 trips.
In 2005, President Clinton was paid $800,000 by Gold Services International to give four speeches (http://projects.washingtonpost.com/2007/clinton-speeches/list/) in four days (June 21 to June 24). He gave the first two in Mexico City and Bogota and the final two in Sao Paulo, Brazil.


He used Frank Giustra’s plane for that 2005 trip. Bill Clinton went to Colombia again in 2007 where he received an award from President Alvaro Uribe for helping improve Colombia’s image in the United States. Clinton also helped (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/04/08/bill-clintons-ties-to-col_n_95651.html)Giustra arrange meetings with Colombian officials.


In 2010, Frank Giustra and Bill Clinton were in Bogota again at the same time that Hillary Clinton was in town on State Department business. The three of them had dinner together the night before both Bill and Hillary had separate meetings with President Uribe on the same day. Uribe first met Giustra (https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-politics/wp/2015/05/03/travels-with-bill-and-frank-a-look-at-the-clinton-giustra-friendship/) in 2005 at the Clinton Global Initiative in New York.


According to Peter Schweizer’s book, “Days after Hillary left Bogota, Prima Colombia Properties, which Frank Giustra has ownership interest in through a shell company called Flagship Industries, announced that it had acquired the right to cut timber in a biologically diverse forest on the pristine Colombian shoreline.” Giustra’s other company, Pacific Rubiales Energy, got the right to drill for oil on six Colombian fields shortly after Hillary left (http://www.politico.com/story/2015/04/book-alleges-donor-cash-influenced-hillarys-stance-on-colombia-trade-deal-117257).


In 2007, Frank Giustra and his business partners at Pacific Rubiales Energy, gave $4.4 million to the Clinton-Giustra Enterprise Partnership. In 2011 and 2012, the United Steelworkers and the Washington Office of Latin America were wasting their time when they asked Clinton (http://www.dailykos.com/story/2015/12/16/1459730/-Sec-Clinton-s-legacy-Colombia-blood-money) to pressure Pacific Rubiales to improve the treatment of their workers.


In April 2012, Hillary Clinton was in Colombia for the Sixth Summit of the Americas. At the time, she met (http://www.ibtimes.com/colombian-oil-money-flowed-clintons-state-department-took-no-action-prevent-labor-1874464) with Colombia’s Minister of Mining who was supposed to regulating Pacific Rubiales. She should not have taken that meeting because of Clinton Foundation’s ties to Pacific Rubiales.

Nigeria: Frank Giustra wasn’t the only embarrassing billionaire donor to the Clinton Foundation. Gilbert Chagoury helped Nigerian dictator Sani Abacha steal $4 billion out of his country. After Abacha died in 1998, Chagoury returned (http://www.pbs.org/frontlineworld/stories/bribe/2010/01/nigeria-chasing-the-ghosts-of-a-corrupt-regime.html) $66 million to avoid prosecution.


Chagoury visited the White House in December 1996 at a dinner for top DNC donors. Since he wasn’t a U.S. citizen, he couldn’t give money to the DNC. Chagoury was invited because (https://www.washingtonpost.com/archive/politics/1997/11/22/voters-group-donor-got-dnc-perk/62dcf8ea-9ec4-46f2-912c-112f40b15e18/) he gave $460 million to a pro-Clinton voter registration group called Vote Now 96. At the time, relations between Nigeria and the United States were officially strained because Abacha hanged nine of his political opponents in 1995.


It was only after Hillary became Secretary of State that Bill Clinton gave two speeches in Nigeria in 2011 and 2012. Both times, he was paid $700,000. What did Nigeria get in return?


It was only after Hillary Clinton left the State Department in 2013 that Boko Haram was listed as a terrorist organization. In 2012, the State Department was resisting pressure from Congress and outside groups to list Boko Haram as a terrorist organization.


In 2014, Robert Jackson, the State Department’s Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for African Affairs, testified (https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/fact-checker/wp/2014/05/19/boko-haram-inside-the-state-department-debate-over-the-terrorist-label/) before Congress that, “The government of Nigeria feared that designating these individuals and the organizations would bring them more attention, more publicity and be counterproductive.”


Rwanda: In 2011, the Clinton Foundation lobbied the State Department to transfer funding away from AIDS programs to a training program for health professionals in Rwanda. This idea was approved over the explicit objections of some State Department officials.


Although Secretary Clinton officially recused herself, she had her Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills decide the issue. The problem is that (http://www.nytimes.com/2015/10/19/us/politics/rwanda-bill-hillary-clinton-foundation.html) before Mills got her job in the State Department, she was a board member at the Clinton Foundation.


She actually remained on the Clinton Foundation board briefly as an unpaid member for a few months while working for State Department. For her first four months at the State Department, Cheryl Mills also worked for NYU and got paid $198,000 in 2009. She also received (https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/while-at-state-clinton-chief-of-staff-held-job-negotiating-with-abu-dhabi/2015/10/12/e847b3be-6863-11e5-8325-a42b5a459b1e_story.html) another $330,000 package in severance and vacation payments.


Cheryl Mills isn’t the only top Clinton advisor to work for both the State Department and the Clinton Foundation simultaneously. Huma Abedin, Hillary’s Deputy Chief of Staff, also worked for the Clinton Foundation in her last six months at the State Department. She was working as a “special government employee” program while simultaneously working (https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/clinton-foundation-received-subpoena-from-state-department-investigators/2016/02/11/ca5125b2-cce4-11e5-88ff-e2d1b4289c2f_story.html) for the Clinton Foundation as well as the consulting firm Teneo.

India: In 2006, then-Senator Hillary Clinton voted for three amendments designed to put limits on the U.S.-India Civil Nuclear Agreement. One of those amendments called for India to end its military cooperation with Iran so that any nuclear energy deal could not help the Iranian mullahs develop its nuclear program further. The amendments failed to pass in 2006. In 2008, this deal passed, and Senator Clinton supported it, without the amendments (http://www.politifact.com/punditfact/statements/2015/may/06/peter-schweizer/clinton-cash-author-hillary-changed-positions-indi/).


In October 2008, Senator Clinton voted (http://www.nytimes.com/2015/05/28/upshot/the-senate-votes-that-divided-hillary-clinton-and-bernie-sanders.html) for the deal. It passed the U.S. Senate 86-13.
In September 2008, Hillary Clinton met with Amar Singh to discuss the legislation. In 2008, the Clinton Foundation also received a donation between $1 million and $5 million from Singh. At the time, Singh was a member of the Indian parliament. Singh first met with President Clinton in 2005 through his friend Indian-American businessman Sant Chatwal. Chatwal also gave millions to the Clinton Foundation as well. He also contributed (http://nypost.com/2015/04/28/clinton-cash-questions-india-politicians-5m-donation/) to Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign.

Haiti: There are too many stories to tell about the corruption at the Clinton Foundation for just one article. The most unbelievable story was how the Clinton Foundation helped its donors profit from the 2010 earthquake in Haiti, which killed approximately 200,000 Haitians.


After the earthquake, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and USAID set up the Haiti Mobile Phone Initiative. In January 2011, Digicel received (https://www.usaid.gov/news-information/fact-sheets/haiti-mobile-money-initiative) the first award of $2.5 million so that Haitians could receive money over a mobile phone network. The Digicel Group is owned by Irish billionaire Denis O’Brien. By 2012, only two years after the earthquake, Digicel’s operation in Haiti made a profit (http://fortune.com/2013/08/15/haitis-mobile-redemption/) of $86 million from $439 million in revenues in 2012.


It was no surprise to find out that O’Brien was a Clinton Foundation donor. O’Brien gave between $5 to $10 million (http://www.irishtimes.com/news/politics/clinton-book-publisher-corrects-references-to-denis-o-brien-1.2215424) to the Clinton Foundation. In October 2010, two months before Digicel was awarded the money for helping Haiti, the company sponsored an event in Jamaica where Bill Clinton got paid (http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/bill-clinton-cashed-hillary-secretary-state/story?id=30522705) $225,000 to give a speech.


Another person who profited from Haiti’s earthquake was Hillary Clinton’s younger brother Tony Rodham. In October 2013, he joined the board of VCS Mining.


In December 2012, VCS Mining was one of two companies to win a contract to mine for gold in Haiti. Haiti had not issued permits to mine gold in almost 50 years prior to this deal. How did VCS do it?
In 2012, VCS chief executive Angelo Viard met Tony Rodham at a Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) event. If Viard didn’t hire Rodham because of his family ties, then why did he also pay (https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/role-of-hillary-clintons-brother-in-haiti-gold-mine-raises-eyebrows/2015/03/20/c8b6e3bc-cc05-11e4-a2a7-9517a3a70506_story.html) $20,000 membership fee to the Clinton Foundation.


It is worth noting that mining for gold can be extremely hazardous to the environment of Haiti. To separate the gold from the rock, some mining companies use cyanide.
