I want to apologize for not being around for a while, been busy with the move etc. Dealing with the beurocracy is really a pain in the ass, BUT I got a good attorney which makes things much more easier.

1 - Should get building permits this week
2 - Building should start in two weeks
3 - Next week I've got 2 40' shipping containers lined up to take my diesel with an enclosed trailer will all my crap, the Porsche and off-road trailer
4 - Gonna hang out in L.A. prepping my second house to be sold for about 50 days then fly over there and get the vehicles, the dogs will be shipped 10 days after I arrive.

Finally got the Porsche restored so hopefully I can sell it in Germany for top dollar etc, or be buried in it. Truck is done and the trailer I had made is 7.5 feet tall so it fits in a shipping container. I'm pretty excited.

Re selling the Porsche in Germany... You may get a better price in another European country. People oftentimes goes to buy cars in Germany to buy cars, because they are cheaper there. But maybe it is easier to unload it there also... Paperwork etc...

an example which we all should follow when we are not happy where we live. But people are so damn attached to their village/town/country that they can't even think of leaving it all behind. Thats the price of liberty... flexibility instead of fighting a trend that cannot be reversed. The NWO banks on that.

I am ready to travel until I drop.

Not really worried about it at this point. Started a new company producing a new paintball goggle, sold my house and walked away with about 600K and this house I'm in should clear about a million, if the market keeps going nuts here in LALA land then I might get more, but it's enough to pay me about 70K a year without making a penny in my business for 30 years, not including SS and other investments.

And I imagine your cost of living in Croatia will be very low. Good deal.

Well other than the bureaucracy, no guns, well in some cases you can get them and high unemployment it's perfect for me considering the average salary is about 12K per year and I've got money. I took this about 2 weeks ago when I was there. No traffic, no BLM and on and on and on. Just gotta figure what I'm going to do with my silver because I can't put it in a shipping container I need to load it with my luggage or maybe carry on, and I don't know how that works.

Here's the town I'm going to be living in, but my property is on a hill top with little to no traffic, they said it's going to be the future Beverly Hills, little did they know I'm going to be living there.

Congrats on cashing in your lottery ticket!

A friend of mine cashed his and got out of South Pasadena about a year ago. He bought his home in 1992 for $220,000 and the value went to $1.8 million. He had to split it with his now ex wife and he bought a big spread in Minnesota.

Neuro I's probably around 250 square meters and I'll be doing solar with radiant floors etc. But I just got my first quote today and almost shit my pants, I think they found out that I'm American and want to bend me the fuck over.

Cost of living is lower, but modern thechnology is no cheaper. I suspect what is cheap is land and food, maybe some labor.

Find a house someone wants to tear down and move it to your property. In the U.S. you can get these houses for a buck.

That seems a bit steep for a construction. Is there a swimming pool included in that? Did you pick exotic materials, marble, high end kitchen, sauna, jacuzzi etc.?

It's got a pool, but pools are cheap, and jacuzzis are cheap, they're rolling me for he cement walls etc. They need to drop their price by about 25% to make this work, but I've got two more bids coming in the next two days.

Oh definitely. It has a jacuzzi in the swimming pool even... I'll come and visit you. I think 400 k would be reasonable. It is huge!

Chuck the bed out of "glavna spavaona" and replace with leather armchairs and a poker table. I think I see a fireplace in there... And you'll have a good view of the girls out on the pool deck!
