View Full Version : Income Taxes in a Combat Zone

Just make a legal notice that the U.S. is now considered by you to be a combat zone and let them (IRS) prove otherwise. I don't believe this designation is a stretch. In many ways it IS a combat zone and has been for years.

This should make it clear that the motivation of a mercenary soldier is to profit from the venture.

Note the highest enlisted paygrade is $6,875.10.

So many wrongs with this its beyond crossing into stooopid attempt at getting a 5000.00 penalty.

OK.....you, in the private sector, aren't enlisted military personnel where this tax break applies.
Second, the private sectors taxes are a result of the private sector participating Social Security.
The private sector and the military never have and never will overlap.
Glad nobody replied to this insanity Palani is suggesting to try.
Please don't listen to anyone that has never researched and refuses to research tax law.

Talk about STOOPID. I don't suppose you ever enlisted otherwise you would know that the military DOES participate in the Social (In)Security scheme.

You really live in a van down by the river don't you.

Just how do you suppose the IRS will respond to an individual claiming a combat enlisted benefit who's not enlisted?
Seriously wake up from your stooper.
Try that shit yourself and see what happens fool.

What you fail to address is that a benefit given to ONE party applies to ALL parties.

Same is true with your property tax. If your local government mafia chooses to give property tax abatement to a business then anyone can demand the same benefit.

Anyway it is all about contract and contracts are very negotiable. All you have to do is recognize you are in a combat zone and start providing due process notice and opportunity to inquire.

I wonder what that is like?

I have to fight hard not to get into one, or stay out of one. I am getting better though.

At first I would write a mean response, then delete it.... It is getting easier now to just stay out of it entirely... sometimes... :D

So your belief is that the elite are privileged?

I’ll leave you with my recommendations for cleaning up crisis and war on Earth. Condemning thousands of business and government leaders to jail or worse, this would be an extreme measure in my view. For the citizens of planet Earth, dragging just a few of the worst perpetrators of death into the streets should suffice. The arrogance and forward momentum of such people falls short of any kind of courage, you see. The rich and powerful are fond of setting examples, they always were. Perhaps it’s time for the citizens’ example to be set. Maybe then we can have some peace.Phil Butler, is a policy investigator and analyst, a political scientist and expert on

So your belief is that the elite are privileged?

What makes you come to that conclusion?
What's the smatter? Can't you stay on topic without putting a spin on this? Or is this your way of avoiding answering direct related questions?
Seems you can't follow through with anything you bring up.

Are you suggesting people who start up a business are the elite?
Your train if thought just doesn't make any sense........never has actually!

What makes you come to that conclusion?

Are you able to recognize the difference between a QUESTION and a CONCLUSION?

If I were certified I might attempt to teach the autistic. I am not certified though so you'll have to deal with your deficiencies on your own.

Always finding a way to take your deficiencies and place them on someone else.
You'd make a great politician. But since you live in a van down by the river I doubt you'll get many followers except a few drop out river rats.
