Catastrophe for Los Angeles:
Gas Well Leaks from Multiple Sites

Gas-Leaks-Los-Angeles

Experts Boston University Professor Nathan Phillips and Bob Ackley of Gas Safety drove a high precision GIS-enabled natural gas analyzer down the roads around the gas leak to create these images. The level of natural gas is shown by the height. The data is from Jan 8th to 13th, 2016.

This is just the beginning. The entire state is destabilizing.

Leave California While You Can

A catastrophic disaster is now taking place outside of Los Angeles endangering hundreds of thousands of people. Officials say they have “entirely lost control of the entire (gas) field“ meaning explosive methane gas is now leaking from “many places.”

Workers at the scene of the Porter Ranch gas field in the Aliso Canyon say some of the leaks are so loud, the hissing sound can be heard 1/2 mile away.

If this continues, multiple massive explosions are very likely to take place once the methane comes into contact with the pilot light of a stove, or hot water heater. This could set off “rolling explosions a few hundred feet in the air, knocking down all the houses and buildings nearby as it goes!”

Worse, toxic benzene is now also confirmed to be coming out of the ground and entering the atmosphere in such large quantities, that people can be killed merely from walking through it. Benzene can be absorbed through the skin. Once a sufficient amount enters the body, there is no treatment and no cure; all the person can do is wait to die.

The graphic above was made from actual measurements of Benzene; the higher the red color goes, the worse the concentration. Fatal levels are the highest ones near the well and gas field.

The photo at the top of this article shows the explosive gas cloud over hundred of homes as part of it blows toward downtown Los Angeles. If this detonates, the destruction and carnage will be unimaginable.

The Leak

The largest natural gas leak ever recorded is happening now in a wealthy suburb of Los Angeles. The leak is from an old oil well being used to store natural gas under high pressure. It is the largest natural gas storage facility west of the Mississippi. The government admits it stores 15 BILLION cubic feet of gas.

A pipe inside the well has cracked and so much gas is gushing out:

It’s increasing California’s emissions by 25%

10,000 local residents have been evacuated, up to 5 miles away from the leak

Planes aren’t allowed overhead for fear they’ll blow up

The leak first started in October and the company responsible says it can’t be fixed until March. The question that no one is asking is, “Is this just a one time pipe break or will these things continue to happen due to increasing earth changes?”. Thousands of earth quakes are happening in Oklahoma. What is really happening deep underneath California?

Yet the gas is sinking to most published reports. Make up your mind. Another total panic event like the golf oil 'spil' panic rules.

Probably over-hyped. If it is as bad as these articles say it is, it would be in the MSM.

Not if Soros or Rocefeller approves of it. All this is cleared way before it gets to MSM.

The article is confusing. Natural gas, methane does rise like you pointed out. The article is wrong in stating that methane could cause explosions to pilot lights on stoves, etc because it's just going to rise up into the atmosphere, it can't collect in low points....However, they talk about benzene, which is a gas that's heavier than air and settling in the low points. Well, benzene, is a product of crude oil, not natural gas. How is benzene leaking from a natural gas pipeline? It makes no sense. The mickey mouse club wrote that article, imo.

Kinda like the BP oil 'spill'.

You mean S Cal isn't going to blow up and fall into the Pacific? Well, THAT sucks!!

We'll just have to wait for the first plane to explode over LA. Nothing ever seems to come out of a lot of these 'catastrophe' articles. I remember walking the beach and waiting for japanese houses to wash ashore from their tsunami. Nothing.

yeah sorry methane is heavier than air so it will fill the hollows. It is emitting benzine because it's a natural gas, petroleum related.

The company removed a pressure valve on this well and never replaced it. Even though the well had to have this valve. Guess when they removed the valve?

The thing has probably been leaking for years at some level.

This is a video giving some background on the situation including some infra red footage of the gas leak that will floor you if you haven't seen it.

Matt Simmons is dead. Died in a spa after criticizing the BP spill. The BP spill had massive amounts of the methane released which he says is worse than the amount of oil.

The only choice is to move and do it now.... if you didn't do it already.

Methane gas is lighter than air. Propane gas is heavier than air, it does collect in low spots and explode.

The benzine is probably from the abandoned oil well being used for the storage vessel.

If that quatity of heavier than air flammable gas was leaking for the amount of time this has been going on the whole LA basin would have burned. Also all the inhabitants would have died from suffocation for lack of oxygen.

Quick chemistry lesson.
Molecular weights are the sum of the atoms-
Carbon atom: 12
Hydrogen: 1
Oxygen: 16
Nitrogen: 14

Air- mostly nitrogen, Nitrogen and Oxygen are diatomic: N2 and O2

Methane: CH4 12+4 = 16
Air: N2 + some O2 + others = 28 to 30
Propane: C3H8 36+8 = 44
Benzene: C6H6 72+6 = 78

So, yes, the benzene will sink very quickly. There is also molecular mixing so you may have some methane at lower levels, but not as much. Also in this gas are real problems of radioactive gases like radon.

I'm just going from what the gas looks like it is doing in the video. The volume of gas is massive and it looks like it's all just rolling down the hill into the town.

The guy talking about the effects of the gas was interviewed about BP gulf spill which also had a methane problem. Say's it is worse than mustard gas to breathe.

If this thing ever gets ignited, and I can't imagine why that has not happened already, the flame will burn like the famous Turkmenestan Gate of Hell.

So then it's simply business as usual...the government doesn't give a rat's ass about fixing anything and this will continue forever or until everything aligns perfectly and something finally gives way. Then the finger pointing will begin and a sacrificial lamb will be chosen

Great thought! Perhaps that is why they continue to pump it full of chemicals and natural gas?
