Is it illegal to send out an offer to contract?
The guy is an attorney and a Canadian to boot. Don't expect morals to interfere when money and power are on the table.

Cruz CANNOT be trusted. He is not a natural born citizen and does not qualify under the constitution to be president. He talks about his great passion for the constitution- and destroys it with his own candidacy. One good lie and you know nothing can be trusted.

Ben Carson invokes Stalin in speech decrying 'dirty tricks' in Iowa caucuses
Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson condemned "early tricks" in his campaign-night speech after the Iowa caucuses, in which the Republican candidate placed fourth.
"I was reasonably happy today until I discovered the dirty tricks that were going on," Carson told his supporters.
"And people spreading rumors that I had dropped out and that people should caucus for somebody else," he continued. "I mean, do you think that that is something that's acceptable?"
Carson didn't name the candidate or candidates he was accusing of playing dirty, but according to multiple reports, Carson's campaign pointed to Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas). Cruz won the Iowa GOP caucuses in an upset over front-runner Donald Trump.
The retired surgeon had reportedly signaled that he would give a speech relatively early in the night in order to catch a flight home to Florida for some rest. In contrast, many of his rivals indicated they would immediately go to New Hampshire or South Carolina, the next two states to weigh in on the GOP primary process.
Some Cruz supporters took that as a sign that Carson was pulling the plug on his campaign.
Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa), one of Cruz's most prominent surrogates, wrote on Twitter: "Carson looks like he is out. Iowans need to know before they vote. Most will go to Cruz, I hope."
MSNBC reported that Carson's campaign accused Cruz supporters at individual Iowa precincts of spreading false rumors that Carson was ending his campaign. Carson's team released a strange statement denying those rumors and saying the candidate was leaving early to avoid a snowstorm and "get a fresh set of clothes."
In his speech, Carson invoked both Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin and the Bible in order to slam the rumors.
"I believe so much in America, but for some reason, we have allowed things to slip. And it was Joseph Stalin who I guess put it very succinctly. He said, 'In order to destroy America … you have to undermine three principles: their spiritual life, their patriotism, and their morality,'" he said.
Carson added of Stalin:
And he said, "If you can undermine those things, America will collapse from within." Well, we're within the process of collapsing from within if we continue to accept deceit and dirty tricks and lies. And people who do that are still viable candidates for president of the United States. And we accept it. That's the problem that's going on.
Carson later assured his supporters that he would be soldiering on to other primary states.
"I'm not going anywhere," he said. "This latest set of dirty tricks just intensifies my desire to work extremely hard to break down the ugliness in the system and bring it back to we the people."

Ahh. You are referring to the FEDERAL constitution and not the NATIONAL constitution. Comparing the two is like picking up an apple from the ground and inferring from this that there is a walnut tree in the area.
The provisions of the NATIONAL constitution are contained in the 14th amendment that abolished the federal union in favor of freed slaves. All presidents elected to office since 1868 take an oath to support the NATIONAL constitution and not the FEDERAL constitution.
Oh and one more detail. Patriotism is the last resort of a scoundrel.

First on CNN: Ted Cruz apologizes to Ben Carson
MJ Lee
By Betsy Klein and MJ Lee, CNN
Updated 2:46 PM ET, Tue February 2, 2016 | Video Source: CNN
Windham, New Hampshire (CNN)The day after winning the Iowa caucuses, Ted Cruz issued an apology to Republican rival Ben Carson for falsely telling Iowa caucusgoers that the retired neurosurgeon planned to quit the race, calling it a "mistake."
Cruz said in a statement Tuesday that his campaign staff saw a CNN report that Carson was dropping out, although CNN had not characterized Carson's actions that way.
"Last night when our political team saw the CNN post saying that Dr. Carson was not carrying on to New Hampshire and South Carolina, our campaign updated grassroots leaders just as we would with any breaking news story," Cruz said in a statement first shared with CNN. "That's fair game. What the team then should have done was send around the follow-up statement from the Carson campaign clarifying that he was indeed staying in the race when that came out."
CNN reported that the retired neurosurgeon planned to go home to Florida after the Iowa caucuses, rather than flying straight to New Hampshire or South Carolina, where the next primary contests are held. His aides have emphasized that he is not suspending his campaign -- rather, just briefly going home to "get a fresh set of clothes."
But the Cruz campaign reacted to the news by incorrectly telling precinct captains — while the caucuses were still taking place — that the move signaled Carson would be dropping out of the race.
Twenty minutes after the caucuses began in Iowa, Rep. Steve King, the Cruz campaign's national co-chair, retweeted CNN's Chris Moody about Carson's break from the campaign trail before New Hampshire's primary.
"Carson looks like he is out. Iowans need to know before they vote. Most will go to Cruz, I hope," King tweeted. In another tweet, the congressman said Carson's next steps were "equivalent of suspending."
Cruz Iowa staffer Spence Rogers also suggested in an email to precinct captains that Carson may be announcing the end of his campaign next week.
"Breaking News. The press is reporting that Dr. Ben Carson is taking time off from the campaign trail after Iowa and making a big announcement next week," the email read. "Please inform any Carson caucus goers of this news and urge them to caucus for Ted Cruz."
Carson has criticized Cruz for the incident, saying the senator should fire the staffers responsible for the mistake.
Carson released a statement directed at the Cruz campaign early Tuesday morning decrying the "lies and dirty tricks from opponents."
"For months, my campaign has survived the lies and dirty tricks from opponents who profess to detest the games of the political class, but in reality are masters at it," Carson said. "Even tonight, my opponents resorted to political tricks by tweeting, texting and telling precinct captains to announce that I had suspended my campaign - in some cases asking caucus goers to change their votes," Carson said.

You can't make this shit up.
Ted Cruz's PR guy who lied about Ben Carson dropping out and is putting the blame on Trump's campaign is the founder of a professional shilling company
He is the founder of Applied Memetics, LLC (http://www.appliedmemeticsllc.com/) and also happens to be an ex-CIA counter terrorism officer. His company has been hired by the US Army in the past, and has ties to George Soros, although somewhat distant. It's completely obvious at this point that Cruz's campaign is using dirty, underhanded tricks to undermine Trump's campaign. This is probably the start of a large online smear campaign funded by Cruz's campaign.
Here's an archived article about it

You concentrate on the election and who gets put in the oval office but an election is nothing but a lottery. It is a gamble and if you participate you are achieving the status of 'gambler'.
I only gamble with what I can afford to lose.
My view is that I don't care who steps into the oval office. If the office is vacant and someone sees that vacant office and chooses to occupy it that makes him a de facto officer and I (in my world) am the only one who can make him de jure. In your world you are the only one who can make him de jure (unless you took a gamble and voted).
How to make an officer de jure? Pretty simple really. You notice anyone who chooses to assume an office that he/she needs to send a valid oath of office (original, signed, with witnesses or notary) and with his/her bond on the reverse. That way when they perform an action that results in an injury there is recourse to a remedy.

Ted Cruz isn't just winning the support of religious extremists; he's celebrating their support, and in some cases, hiring them to work for his campaign. One of the most disturbing developments of the 2016 Republican race for president has been Donald Trump's popularity among the most racist elements in US society. The New Yorker, for example, had lengthy piece over the summer detailing the excitement he has generated in the neo-Nazi movement. But here's the thing: Trump isn't the only guy with dangerous supporters.
The media don't talk about it as much, but Ted Cruz - Trump's closest competitor for GOP front-runner status - has also won the backing of some downright terrifying people. Take, for example, anti-choice activist Troy Newman, who the Cruz campaign just tapped to head up "pro-lifers for Cruz."
As the head of the radical male supremacist group Operation Rescue, Newman straddles the very thin line between "activism" and domestic terrorism - and I mean really straddles it. His organization harasses (http://www.rightwingwatch.org/content/cruz-touts-endorsement-radical-anti-choice-activist-troy-newman) abortion providers and their patients, and some of its members have been involved in plots to blow up women's health clinics. Newman himself has called (http://www.rightwingwatch.org/content/ted-cruz-promotes-anti-choice-activist-who-wants-abortion-doctors-executed) for the murder of abortion doctors, said AIDS is a warning from God and believes that drought is God's revenge for abortion.

Seems like a great guy, huh? Well, he's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Ted Cruz's supporters.
There's also Dick Black, who the Cruz campaign has appointed as the co-chair of its Virginia campaign. In addition to advocating for the total criminalization of homosexuality, Black is also a rape truther. Back when he was a Virginia state delegate, Black openly questioned the existence of marital rape, something one of his opponents hammered him on in a campaign ad (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lvRb4NtrRVQ).
So much for family values, huh?
Cynthia Dunbar (http://www.rightwingwatch.org/content/ted-cruzs-virginia-co-chair-tied-evolution-and-gay-rights-holocaust), Black's fellow co-chair of the Ted Cruz campaign in Virginia, isn't much better. She's compared women having reproductive rights to the Holocaust, fought to make far-right Christianity part of the public school curriculum and believes that elected officials should have to pass a "biblical litmus test." She also says (http://www.rightwingwatch.org/content/final-rally-desperate-abortion-rights-opponents-try-salvage-heartbeat-bill) that politicians "don't have the freedom to make any laws if they are contrary to what God has said in his Holy Scripture."
Swap out the words "Holy Scripture" for "Qu'ran" and that speech could have been made by Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi, the head of ISIS.
Another Ted Cruz supporter, Iowa conservative and head of The Family Leader, Bob Vander Plaats, also says the US should be a Saudi Arabia-style theocracy. Here he is just a couple of years ago (http://www.rightwingwatch.org/content/potential-iowa-senate-candidate-vander-plaats-explains-christian-nationalist-view-government) talking about why our government should be based on "Godly principles" - i.e. far-right evangelical Christianity.
As unsettling as that kind of talk is, it's nothing compared to what Colorado pastor Kevin Swanson, another big-time Ted Cruz supporter, said about homosexuality this summer (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gIlPdyrvEfw): that it was worthy of the death penalty.
Amazingly, it gets even worse than that.
Ted Cruz supporter and Texas preacher Mike Bickle believes that Jews should be forcibly converted to Christianity and says (http://www.rightwingwatch.org/content/ted-cruz-welcomes-endorsement-mike-bickle-who-believes-oprah-forerunner-antichrist) that if they refuse to do so, God will send a "hunter" like "Adolf Hitler" to get them to change their minds.
Now, it'd be one thing if Mike Bickle was just some random guy with bigoted views who just happens to support Ted Cruz, but he's not, or at least not according to the Cruz campaign.
When Bickle announced last week that he was endorsing Ted Cruz for president, the Cruz campaign published a statement on its official website saying in big bold letters, "CRUZ FOR PRESIDENT ANNOUNCES ENDORSEMENT OF MIKE BICKLE (https://www.tedcruz.org/news/cruz-for-president-announces-endorsement-of-mike-bickle/)."
There's an old saying that says you are the company you keep, and if Ted Cruz is the company he keeps, that's downright terrifying.
He's just not winning the support of people like Mike Bickle and Dick Black; he's celebrating their support, and in some cases, hiring them to work for his campaign.
Of course, there's always the case that this is just one big cynical ploy to win the Evangelical vote, but even if it is, it says a lot about Ted Cruz as a person and as a leader that he'd willingly associate himself with people who are pretty much the US version of ISIS.
This is one of the biggest stories of the 2016 race for president, but the really disturbing thing is that the media almost completely ignore it.
Turn on CNN or any of the other major networks and you're more likely to hear about poll numbers than the fact that the potential Republican nominee for president has been endorsed by a guy who thinks Hitler was sent by God. It's almost like the media think it's acceptable that someone running for president likes to pal around with Christian extremists and theocrats.
Well, it’s not acceptable; it's a direct threat to our democracy, which is why it's time for the media to start taking Cruz and his extremist endorsements seriously. Based on everything we've seen up to this point, we have every reason to believe that a Ted Cruz presidency could mean the start of a Saudi Arabia-style theocracy right here in the US. The media should function as the fourth estate and wake the American people up to this before it's too late.

JANE STILLWATER FOR BUZZFLASH AT TRUTHOUT

(Photo: Michael Vadon (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ted_Cruz#/media/File:US_Senator_of_Texas_Ted_Cruz_at_FITN_in_Nashu a,_NH_02.jpg))Good grief, talk about your hypocrites. For the past eight years, America has been forced to listen to Birthers, the GOP, Fox News and various Tea Party crazies go on and on about how Barack Obama shouldn't be our President because they claim that he was born in Kenya, right? Eight years of odious blather that we can never get back again.
Enter Ted Cruz. "I was born in Canada but I have an American mother," he tells us, "and therefore I am qualified to be President." But wait. Obama had an American mum too, and Obama was born in the United States in Hawaii.
Obama was born in Honolulu. Cruz was born in Calgary, Canada. So why does the Tea Party have its knickers all in a twist over Obama's having in their imaginations been born in Kenya -- but doesn't give a flying freak that Cruz was actually born in another nation? Hypocrisy, right?
But Obama and Cruz have somethin in common. For the past eight years Obama has been perfectly okay with Americans like you and me going into deep and endless debt so that the Pentagon could afford to manufacture cause endless death in the Middles East. And Cruz is okay with that policy too, even proposing carpet-bombing ISIS (http://www.businessinsider.com/ted-cruz-isis-carpet-bomb-strategy-2016-1)and others in the Middle East.
So why should the Tea Party and the GOP even care where Obama was born as long as he keeps them and the Pentagon happy by continuing to create dead babies in the Middle East? Because isn't that the main reason why the Tea Party and the GOP like Ted Cruz?
Of course, wouldn't race have something to do with hypocrisy about birthplaces and military killing fields?

That is mail fraud.
The envelope says "Check Enclosed" and the "check" has "Pay to the order of" and the "$" and "dollars" but says the "check" is actually a facsimile (like Cruz's citizenship) and has no cash value.
So where's the check?

http://www.veteranstoday.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/1-hill-trump-640x424.jpgJust before Christmas, my Catholic friend Martin Hill offered a huge Christmas present to everyone who cares about truth: He got in Trump’s face about the DANCING ISRAELIS, NOT DANCING MUSLIMS of 9/11.
And amazingly, Trump reacted positively! Instead of trashing Martin, the way he trashed every other protestor, The Donald insisted that Martin “is on our side” and “is a Trump guy.”
As my article “Trump: Israel-did-9/11 protestor is a Trump guy” (http://www.veteranstoday.com/2015/12/23/trump-israel-did-911-protestor-is-a-trump-guy/)begins:http://www.veteranstoday.com/2015/12/29/911trumpguy/

Ted Cruz In Hot Water Over Possibly Illegal Fundraising Letter Sent To Voters
By Jason Easley (http://www.politicususa.com/author/jasoneasley-2-2-2-2-2) on Mon, Feb 8th, 2016
A complaint has been filed against Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz after the Republican may have violated Texas state law with an illegal fundraising letter.
The Houston Chronicle reported: (http://www.houstonchronicle.com/news/politics/texas/article/Critics-file-complaint-alleging-Cruz-campaign-6815729.php?t=d12e42e856438d9cbb&cmpid=email-premium)
The solicitation came in an envelope featuring a return address in official government type and the words “check enclosed.” The “check” was a fake check made out to Cruz’s campaign, accompanied by a missive asking the recipient to send in a “matching donation.”
Such fundraising techniques are relatively common, but in Texas they may now be illegal under a law passed last year by the state Legislature.
The law, House Bill 1265, authored by Houston Democrat Gene Wu, required solicitations resembling government notices, checks or negotiable invoices to include, “in at least 18-point type,” the words “SPECIMEN-NON-NEGOTIABLE.”
Cruz’s mailer said — in small type — “this check is a facsimile not redeemable or negotiable and has no cash value.”
The complaint was filed with the state attorney general by Progress Texas (http://progresstexas.org/).
As his presidential campaign has continued to lose momentum, Ted Cruz has grown increasingly desperate. The fundraising mailer comes on the heels of the Cruz campaign mailer that accused Iowans of “voter violations,” the campaign’s spreading of a false report on caucus night that Ben Carson was dropping out of the Republican race.
Ted Cruz might be the dirtiest candidate on the Republican side. There seems to be now which the Cruz campaign won’t stoop to in their efforts to raise money and mislead voters. A complete disregard for facts is one of the few consistent traits of both Cruz and his campaign. In less than a month, Cruz has been busted for lying about not having health insurance (http://www.politicususa.com/2016/01/23/ted-cruz-busted-lying-health-insurance.html), and lying about Obamacare (http://www.politicususa.com/2016/01/29/ted-cruzs-bad-day-worse-caught-massive-obamacare-lie.html). Cruz’s lies have become so chronic that even Fox News called him out for lying about President Obama’s record on jobs. (http://www.politicususa.com/2016/01/31/fox-news-hammers-ted-cruz-lying-president-obamas-jobs-record.html)
Ted Cruz may have finally taken his lies a step too far with a mailer that is confusing Texans and in violation of the law. Here’s hoping that Cruz is finally held accountable for his attitude of doing anything to win.

Presidents are selected, not elected
Close but not quite there yet. An office is vacated. Someone wanders by and sees the vacant office and decides to execute the office. He now has possession of the office but not really ownership. He is de facto. Ownership requires an oath, a bond (for when he damages someone) and some form of acceptance. With these requirements met he might now occupy the office in a de jure status.
Quo warranto is a writ you direct to the sheriff to haul in the corpus of someone who is executing an office and who you don't believe belongs there. As a writ it requires a return. The sheriff has to either write on the back why he is unable to produce the body or he hands you back the writ stapled to the body. Your court then has a chance to examine facts before you depose the blighter.

EXCLUSIVE BROADCAST:
David Slesinger on AE911Truth activism; Tom Mysiewicz on The Saker and more
This show broadcasts on February 14, 2016.
It is now archived here — Use Player
http://noliesradio.org/images/dave-slesinger.jpg
First hour: Dave Slesinger is a former member of the Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth activism team (http://www1.ae911truth.org/en/take-action.html). Dave is upset about some of AE911Truth’s decisions regarding activism. Rolf Lindgren, a veteran libertarian activist, calls in to join the discussion.
Second hour: Tom Mysiewicz, a former professional journalist who was hounded out of the profession by Zionists, has reported many interesting stories including “Ted Cruz and the End-Times Wealth Transfer”:
“Ted Cruz’ father Rafael Cruz is a Cuban communist who actively promoted Castro and is now a ‘born again’ Christian Zionist who preaches the doctrine of ‘End-Time Transfer Of Wealth.’ In this curious doctrine, money, rather than believers, will be ‘raptured’ to the loyal supporters of Israel at the end time…”
During this show, we started with his review of The Saker’s new book (http://thesaker.is/tom-mysiewicz-reviews-the-essential-saker-for-the-shamirreaders-mailing-list/), moved on to debate “Islamic migrants in Europe” and finished with a discussion of the recently-ended militia occupation in Oregon (not too far from where Tom lives).

Rafael Cruz was never a Communist. He only supported Castro during the fight against Batista, before Castro declared himself a Communist. The rapture of wealth is an evangelical belief that says that wealth will go to the righteous or the Church not supporters of Israel.
