I wouldn't go so far as to call him a Jacksonian. Wanting to audit the Fed is quite different from wanting to abolish it.

If the FED were actually a government entity it would already be subject to audit.

Congress can audit private entities but must enact legislation to do so.

The IRS can audit you ... and they aren't a government entity either.... but then you 'volunteer' into their little ponzi scheme.

People should use a little reason on topics like this. Knowledge of who can and who cannot be audited should be sufficient to indicate what is public and what is private.

Those letters you get from quasi-government that state on the envelope $300 PENALTY FOR PRIVATE USE are all from PRIVATE SOURCES. Have you considered sending them a bill for $300 because they violate their own contract offer? They offer to be penalized for being PRIVATE and you accept the terms and then don't bill 'em.

People is crazy!!!

So, you think you can audit the CIA? Tell me all about them.
And how many times have you gotten $300 for those letters you receive from the private law breakers.

Ron Paul, Bernie Sanders and Trump say "audit the Fed", yet deliberately miss every opportunity to educate the public how it works.

I personally think Trump is pandering on this issue, but it's better than nothing.

He wants to appeal to the angry masses, and wants to kick Ted in the teeth.

Rand Paul ran on this issue and Trump never agreed with him. Now Rand is out and Trump is jumping on the issue. This is the first time I've seen Trump even mention the FED who he without a doubt benefited from in making his billions.

The only thing Trump wants to do is play the role he gets paid to play. His desires and his will have absolutely nothing to do with who gets elected.
