The dirt on Water Bottle is increasing exponentially.

Either this, or adderall, is the reason why he sweats and had dry mouth.

Marco Rubio sold cocaine, lots

Marco Rubio (http://www.sun-sentinel.com/topic/politics-government/government/marco-rubio-PEPLT007456-topic.html) loves to talk about his bartender father and being raised by a family with modest means and a can-do attitude.

But, as The Washington Post (http://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/politics/fl-marco-rubio-family-drug-smuggling-story.html) reports, at least one close family member earned millions of dollars slinging cocaine.

As the story goes, one that the popular GOP (http://www.sun-sentinel.com/topic/politics-government/republican-party-ORGOV0000004-topic.html) presidential candidate isn't keen to talk about, Rubio's family once had strong ties to a cocaine cartel out of Miami. His sister married the No. 2 guy in charge, Orlando Cicilia.

Cicilia earned a lengthy prison sentence for his part in one of the biggest drug cases of Miami's baroque cocaine-cowboys era, reads the paper.

Police say Cicilia was the "front man" in the drug ring headed by Mario Tabraue, a kingpin who ran an exotic-animals business and kept spotted leopards at his mansion. But Cicilia was the one with the gangster style, often adorned in sunglasses and paisley suits. He was also known to call cocaine "a pretty thing."

Young Marco was a mere teen when Cicilia was busted by the cops. Still, Cicilia managed to play a significant role in Rubio's upbringing, according to his book, "An American Son." However, the busted part is hardly mentioned in the memoir, which Rubio refers to as Cicilia's involvement "in a criminal enterprise."

That's Marco. Being modest.

His brother-in-law was a certified gangster.

To be sure, police and media reports maintain Rubio had no idea about his bro-in-law's cocaine ways or cash. His parents and sister were hoodwinked, too.
Now, should any of this matter?

There are plenty of reasons Rubio may not be ready to be president. He barely shows up to work as a U.S. Senator. He is wishy-washy on immigration reform. He appears too nervous on stage and needs water to calm him down (something strange about that).

And, obvioulsy, Marco Rubio is horrible at profiling a criminal, even one who pays him enough money to wash dogs to pay for a season's worth of Miami Dolphins tickets.

But, of all the reasons Rubio isn't ready for the White House, being married (sort of) to the mob isn't even the biggest one.

Some say it's Adderall (which causes dry mouth), but others have pointed out that you wouldn't take an upper during the debate, you'd take it before. During the debate, you'd take a downer to deal with side effects like panic attacks. Something like xanax.

Signs and symptoms of cocaine use.

yup. talks too fast, repeats ,sweats. i see it all the time @ drug rehab where i have worked for many years

Wow, I have been thinking this the more I watch him speak. Nevous sips of water, licking his lips, clenching his jaw, sweating. All signs. . .

He is definately a cocaine user! He needs it to stay so active. When he disappears he crashes and needs a day or two. His eyes are glassy and he sweats and can't remember what he is saying....all indicators id drug addiction!

I should have spotted it. I was in N/A years ago. Right he constantly is sweating and drinking is another sign. Let everyone know. Mr. Mark Rubo is a drug addict

The fast speech pattern, the debate he couldn't think straight, and the sweating.....all add up to something not normal. Even his hyper behavior in last night's debate also seemed drug induced.

Yikes. Sweat dripping off one's hand like that is nowhere close to normal. And he tries to say Trump had a 'sweat mustache'. lol

What's so pressing that he can't wait to do it in private?? Why risk getting caught (too late)?

Someone speculated that he has diabetes and he's putting candy in his mouth/cheek to stabilize his blood sugar.

Apparently, diabetes can cause excessive sweating.

Type 2 diabetes is the most common diabetes. As the body cells are sensitive to insulin, leading to elevated high blood pressure. Common symptoms include increased urination, extreme thirst and hunger. Profuse sweating is also usually seen in type 2 diabetes. The condition is mainly due to the following causes:
Nerve damage
Diabetes (http://www.kidneyabc.com/diabetes/) can cause profuse sweating due to autonomic nerve damage. High blood sugar can cause peripheral nerves leading to numbness/tingling. However, it also can cause damage to autonomic nerves which are responsible for sweat control, pupil control etc. Therefore, autonomic nerve damage in type 2 diabetes can cause profuse sweating. It mainly occurs after eating, at night, and other times. In this case, a tight control of blood sugar and medications for preventing further nerve damage are needed.
Hypoglycemia
Profuse sweating is a common symptom of hypoglycemia in type 2 diabetes. If low blood sugar level is not corrected timely, it can cause unconsciousness and even diabetic coma. Hypoglycemia occurs from time to time to everyone with type 2 diabetes regard less how well their blood blood sugar is controlled.
To control profuse sweating in type 2 diabetes, both of these two conditions should be controlled. They can be controlled through careful control of diabetes. Hypoglycemia should be treated as soon as the patient becomes aware of it. If blood glucose level is kept at targeted level, the patients can prevent or delay nerve damage. Both hypoglycemia and automatic never damage can be dangerous, but they can be prevented if the patients can keep proper care of diabetes.

I'm guessing percoset or oxycodone, at least it would explain the sweating and rambling on, repeating himself

If he's an addict it wouldn't matter at that moment

Dry Mouth? Don't Delay Treatment

Three glands (salivary glands) produce saliva, which drains through tubes (salivary ducts) to irrigate the mouth. When the glands do not make enough saliva, the mouth becomes dry.

Tips for Relieving Dry Mouth
Almost everyone’s mouth is dry sometimes. But if you feel like you have cotton in your mouth constantly, it may be time for treatment.
Dry mouth, known medically as xerostomia, occurs when you don’t have enough saliva, or spit, in your mouth.

Feeling stressed can trigger dry mouth temporarily. But a persistently dry mouth may signal an underlying disease or condition, so it’s important to see your doctor, says the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which regulates products that relieve dry mouth.

And because dry mouth can lead to tooth decay, you should see your dentist, too, says John V. Kelsey, D.D.S., of FDA’s Division of Dermatology and Dental Products.

Dry mouth may make it difficult to speak, chew, and swallow, and may alter the taste of your food. It can also cause a sore throat, hoarseness, and bad breath.

Dry mouth can affect people of any age, but older people are especially vulnerable. “It’s not a normal consequence of aging,” says Kelsey. “Older people may take multiple medications that can cause dry mouth.”

According to the Surgeon General's Report on Oral Health in America, dry mouth is a side effect of more than 400 prescription and over-the-counter drugs, such as antidepressants, antihistamines, muscle relaxants, and high blood pressure medicines.

Other causes of dry mouth include:

cancer treatments, such as chemotherapy and radiation of the head or neck
hormone changes, such as those that occur during pregnancy or menopause
health problems, such as HIV/AIDS, diabetes, and Sjögren’s syndrome, a disease in which a person’s immune system attacks the body’s tissues, including moisture-producing glands
snoring or breathing open-mouthed

The Role of Saliva

Saliva is produced by three major glands in the mouth (salivary glands) and plays a key role in
chewing, swallowing, and digesting food
preventing infection in the mouth by controlling bacteria
preventing tooth decay
“Saliva is mostly water, but it also contains enzymes and lubricants,” says Kelsey. “The enzymes help digest food and the lubricants make speaking, chewing, and swallowing more comfortable.”
Saliva helps control bacteria, which cling to the surface of teeth. They feed on sugar in the food we eat and break down and use (metabolize) the sugar to grow.

“A by-product of the metabolized sugar is acid, which starts to eat away at a tooth’s surface,” says Kelsey. Saliva neutralizes the acid and helps wash away food particles. If there is not enough saliva, cavities may occur.

Dry Mouth Treatments

Your doctor or dentist may recommend oral rinses and moisturizers, or prescribe an artificial saliva.
Also called saliva substitutes, artificial salivas are regulated by FDA as medical devices. “Unlike drugs, artificial salivas have no chemical action,” says Susan Runner, D.D.S., chief of FDA’s dental devices branch. “Their action is mechanical. They moisten and lubricate the mouth but do not stimulate the salivary glands to make saliva.”

While not a cure, artificial salivas can provide short-term relief of the symptoms of dry mouth. “They can also help minimize discomfort after an oral procedure,” says Runner.

Artificial salivas come in a variety of forms, including rinses, sprays, swabs, gels, and tablets that dissolve in the mouth. Some are available by prescription only; others can be bought over-the-counter.

FDA has also approved several prescription drugs to relieve dry mouth caused by certain medical treatments or conditions, such as Sjögren's syndrome and radiation for head or neck cancer.

Advice for Consumers

If you have persistent dry mouth:
Talk to your doctor, who may change your medications or adjust the doses.
Talk to your dentist and provide a list of the medicines you take as well as any medical conditions or treatments you’ve had. The American Dental Association recommends seeing your dentist at least twice a year.
Tips for Relieving Dry Mouth

Sip water or sugarless drinks, or suck on ice chips.
Avoid irritants, such as alcohol, tobacco, and caffeine. Remember that caffeine is found in many sodas as well as in coffee and tea.
Chew sugar-free gum or suck on sugar-free candy.
Avoid salty or spicy foods, which may irritate the mouth.
Use a humidifier in your bedroom at night.
Consider using saliva substitutes.
