Remember what I posted about the mom and pop stores opening up now that the big stores are closing down?, well, this is what I found just now ....... "For anyone who is prepared to think outside the box, whether it is on a very small or larger scale, there will be lots of opportunities. Many conventional businesses and services will disappear. Anyone with a bit of inventiveness can set up small businesses which can fill the gaps of major companies going under."
Here is a fabulous article........ TB2000........Legend Warns Of Coming Anarchy, Hyperinflation And A Frightening Endgame-Egon von Greyerz
By the way, today I went to the big town and spent another $600.00 on cans...the reason for this is that my old cans are ten years old and I know that a lot of them will be no good...........better safe than sorry.

People have started businesses with less money than that.
Remember that I started my business with $45.00 and six years finished with 17 workers, fat and happy.......me and them.

Egon von Greyerz and Stephen Leeb are 2 KWN interviewees I have learned to avoid.
They use an 8 bit message, "the sky is Falling, Collapse is imminent", to describe a much more complex world -
and they never address the subject of their bad (improperly timed) calls.

I started with $0. I did couch surf for a while. But I guess I was very lucky joining in business with a couple of very upstanding and honest people. It's not rolling in money but we get a lot of respect for being straight up and open with customers, unlike other the sharks and snakes that can be out there. Just had a old client come back to us after a fairly distasteful multi year experience they had when taking on a new partner. company is now gutted and stripped and they are at the end of the no-compete clause. Getting ready to try and build a business again. They also well respected and they will do it, but millions gone + years and retirement is oh so close. just hope the economy doesn't totally crater.
Tried to warned them what was going to happen. Seen it before. Guess what they had as a new business partner?

You may think that I am rich, I am no rich....but at the same time I do have all that I need if not all that I want, so that I am more happy than most.......almost forgot....and no debts.
