Just an opinion. When asked for your social security number by any agency that is not the Social Security Administration what they are asking for is a BOND number. Nowhere that I have uncovered has the social security system ever admitted to bonding those who signed up for the privilege.
When you provide a number that represents a bond from that point how do you control the flow of asset from that bond to whoever you gave it to? Quick answer is ... you don't. Since all this happens in the background you have absolutely no control or say in how your bond is handled. Anytime your name, SSN and a signature is required you are donating money. Those asking for this information are asking for WELFARE.
STOP funding the system. They don't call them bonds without reason.
