meth is now becoming an obvious problem here. I guess I have not been around the lower class areas for a lot of years. I used to work in a liquor store in a rough neighbor hood. There was a bit of speed around back then. But it was not a big problem. Not many doing it back then. Now though I think it would be a lot worse. Where I currently work I see street walkers who you can tell are using it. I've seen a couple of them for several years and they are now looking like some of the people in those mug shots.

While cops might not be very smart, they only have to be a little bit smarter to win.
